We had the good fortune to work with Mr. Samuel Dampt, who was able to meet with us immediately and explain the entire process. He was attentive and professional and began working on our case without delay. His prompt filings and communications about the next steps and well-researched and organized responses with the courts guided us through the seven months it took to resolve our case. His attention to detail, incredible communication skills, and ultimate level-headed performance in the final oral argument won our case. It gave us the closure to put this final chapter behind us. We could not be happier with the fantastic team at Denton Peterson Dunn that worked diligently to get us a result that we could not have imagined when we first called with our questions about the validity of it all. While I recommend that you call this fantastic firm because their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy are the best, you probably need to know that the cost isn't even a fraction of what we expected to pay for resolution. Their rates are beyond reasonable for the attention and results you'll get. If you need to resolve any civil litigation, these are the people you need to get in touch with. Excellent!

The statute of limitations was about to expire, and I felt that I was running out of time. I had called everywhere and tried every avenue I could think of before I was finally referred to David Degnan. I am extremely grateful that I found him. I scheduled a free 15-minute consultation with David, but once he understood the extent of the damage and the urgency of the situation, he continued speaking with me for nearly 45 minutes. He was never in a hurry, never made me feel rushed, and did not charge me for the additional time. He listened carefully, treated me with respect, and offered meaningful guidance at a time when I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. Rather than encouraging me to spend money unnecessarily, David gave me practical advice and helped me understand how I could move forward on my own at that stage. He also told me that if I needed him later in the process, he would be happy to represent me. That meant a great deal to me because I felt he was genuinely looking out for my best interests rather than simply trying to obtain a paying client. I ultimately filed the case myself, using much of the advice he generously provided, and the matter is now moving forward. What stood out to me most was not only his knowledge, but also his kindness, patience, and genuine concern. As a senior citizen dealing with a stressful and complicated situation, I felt respected, heard, and valued. David is a caring and compassionate attorney, and I will always appreciate the time, guidance, and reassurance he gave me when I truly needed it.

He has a history of being in trouble with the bar association and was put on probation. Source: https://azbar.legalserviceslink.com/ and search for his name. I paid a huge flat fee to Brian to take care of everything. Filing ligation and get the money if won. Once I paid him everything he barely responded to any of my emails or calls. It took him on average from 2 weeks to months (with constant calling and emailing) to respond. When he does respond, he would only answer the question he wants and avoiding most of the questions I asked. For instance, I would ask him 5 questions and he'll answer 1 or 2 questions and ignore the rest; even when I resend those questions again he continued to choose not to answer. It took him nearly a year to file a simple ligation. Fortunately, we won the ligation by default because the other party didn't respond. When its time to collect money; he showed me no attempt at collecting money. I even had to request him to place liens on the properties of the people I sue before they filed bankruptcy and to secure the money I won from judgment. I even had to do my own research (which should be his job) and tract down all the properties (which he does not know how to do) so that he can put liens on. I emailed him all the properties to put liens on. It's been around 6-8 months now and he still has NOT filed the lien for me; therefore jeopardizing my chance of ever going to be able to collect money. It has been two years of constant frustration with this lawyer, therefore I highly do NOT recommend this lawyer. Please save yourself from frustration. If you do hire him, please do not pay everything out right since based on my experience, he neglected me once he took all my money.

First he made us get over $4000 in bonds just to find out the court would not except a bond, they needed a cashiers check. We had to come up with more than $8000 in 6 hours due to that mistake. (this was in addition to the $6000 we paid him the same day) It took several weeks to get back the original bond money. He then forgot to send us that check. Worst thing he did was he NEVER FILED THE APPEAL!!! So the stay was lifted unbeknownst to us and we werto make a deal we were not satisfied with in order for the eviction to be over turned. This also eliminated our possibility of recuperating the $6000 in attorneys fees. When it was all said and done we were still waiting for the second $4000 in bond money to be returned. He then forgot to mail that check and had us wait 40 minutes in his waiting room to collect our money. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!!
