David couldn't free up a vehicle to pick up in S. Texas that quickly but he took the time to make some calls and he was able to find another company that happened to have a van 300 miles away and could pick up in two days. He set me up with them and also refunded my deposit and we were able to get my mother moved to Oceanside that week! Most companies would have just said "sorry" if they couldn't do it but David knew how stressed out I already was and really helped me out of a jam!
