Sadly we are the small job, of which the cost has doubled and was told he had higher paying jobs he doesn't want to stop to deal with a low pain sewer job. He said to go find someone else, have a good day. Way to go, nice customer service. Ours is a quick clearing of a short line, of which my husband removes the toilet to save Todd the strain on his back. In response to Todd's comment, it is he that is rude. You have done work for us for years and suddenly your customer service has evaporated.
