He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and then fixed what he could that day and then came back a second time once the part needed to fix our issue was in stock. Corey was very personable, knowledgeable and was able to get our spa back up and running. The only negative is it took a little longer to get Corey back a second time to finish our repair but we were out of town a week of that and I know how swamped they are. Some of the initial places I called didn't even give me a phone or text back until a week after I made contact! I will definitely use Bill Tate again if we have issues in the future.

That day arrived and no one came or called. I called and left a message but received no call back. I waited a day, thinking that they would call me, then called again leaving another message. We never received a confirmation call, cancellation, or any communication. I checked my call history, unknown calls, and voicemail--nothing. When I called to find out what happened, I spoke with three different representatives. The first seemed completely confused. The second was shockingly rude and even said, "You're in customer service and you talk to people like this? Jesus," before putting me on hold. It was one of the most unprofessional customer service interactions I've ever had. To make matters worse, I was told during scheduling that ownership had been verified and everything was good to go. Later, I was told they couldn't verify ownership. If that was true, why wasn't I contacted before my appointment? The final representative then told me the season had already ended and didn't know why an appointment had been scheduled in the first place. We had money in hand and were fully prepared to purchase a pool and get on the schedule for next season. Instead, we wasted our evening waiting for someone who never showed. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If this is how Blue World Pools treats potential customers before they've even made a purchase, I can't imagine what happens after the sale.

They said they had new clients and I would have to look else where. They offered to recommend someone. For complete clarity, I have been waiting as of 2014. Aaron was a wonderful technetium that working for Lee Joseph, he had to leave after he suffered a bran aneurism. Just before this happened he was scheduled to replace the circuit board on my Jacuzzi. I have the circuit board and have called Lee Joseph over the last 6 years for instillation. They have been around for a very long time so I thought that meant something. I was their client from 2001 to 2021, when I guess I became insignificant with only a spa shower and outdoor spa.
