Then he looked up the part on his computer and it said "past no longer available". Our refrigerator is still not fixed. I liked Jimmy but his hands were tied. He couldn't do anything. Now he didn't just go find the switch he said was out either. He just said we need to replace the whole water/ice maker control unit as he said the switch to the ice maker to dispense ice was bad. We would like to have our refrigerator fixed. Jimmy told us that you all either replace the part if available. if the part isn't available, you'll replace our refrigerator. We do like our refrigerator and would like it fixed and keep it. if we can't get the parts to fix it, then option 2 is our only option.

He tells me he works on the side, and will do it for 400.00. Well I'm on a fixed income, I had to scrap up 400.00. When he gets the parts in. Repair day. He comes in with a very small part. He comes in gets set up, I kid you not, less than 5 minutes. He says well it's the compressor. Nothing I can do. I asked that's 400.00 !! He then tells me the compressor was working but now it's not. He says it probably went out when I unplugged it. Because it was not cooling. I remind him he said 400 was for both parts. He says well I will refund you 300.00. Gets on his phone and says he is refunding the money on square. Later he decides he will refund the other 100.00 as well. All on text. He says it will take 7- 10 days for the refund. And when it goes through he will send the remaining 100.00 7 days I contact Square, they put me through to Tasuki's web. I get a message from them saying if it doesn't come we will resubmit. I have very little faith this guy is going to pay me. Look out he apparently he does not mind scaming old people on fixed income.
