Just a pro tip... they are very popular and because of this when it's in the start/middle of mowing season; you may have to wait a bit. This can't really be helped during the busiest seasons. This place had my lawn mower for a month just to do a tune up on it. After a few phone calls they finally managed to get to my mower when I told them I was just gonna come pick it up done or not. NO MORE LAWN MOWER REPAIRS... Now I go there to have a lawn mower repaired. And of course they no longer repair mowers, unless they sell them to you. They think they are some kind of Car Dealership? Well excuse me for needing a mower repair. It is bad enough they act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Troys Florist Wheeler Texas. This place is not in Wheeler Texas but out of New Jersey and is a online scam. We order flowers for mother in nursing home from web page, called when they were not delivered, only to be told, order was not big enough to mess with and money would be refunded. Waited a couple days and charge was still there. Called talked to owner, "wow, so sorry, I will look into this." Called credit card company to get them involved. So they are in the process of trying to get the refund. I hope these people burn in hell! read more

We have purchased equipment and had it serviced at Profitts for several years now. This is one of the few places in town where you can get competent, professional service work done on your mowers and other lawn equipment. They won't work on it unless you purchase it from them. I get that. They don't want to be the show room for the internet. Plus, they actually have sales people who know something about the equipment they sell. No excuse not to buy from them as they will match the price from the big box stores. If you decide to buy elsewhere and then can't get it fixed, don't get mad at Profitts. You should have thought of that when you purchased. read more

I was told by Kohlers engine site that this business could repair my year old mower. When I went in to talk with them they Said"NO" because it was on a Troy-bilt and not on one they sold. Don't they realize that everyone that comes in, if they would help them now, they would probably buy one of their machines in the future.
