First time was driver did not show up, second was door was incomplete. Finally got an install date 5 months later. Got a call yesterday that the door arrived incomplete and would not have all 4 matching panels. So we now have 3 tan panels and one bright white missmatched one. Re-install date is another 4 weeks out. Now Amarr is passing the buck on any refund to the local installers who did a great job. The Amarr Field Manager Russ Peterson could not backpedal enough or appologize, but yet is unwilling or unable to make things right. Sticking the local installer with a reduced fee, but yet it was Amarr who screwed up and lied about it. Thankfully i should never have to replace a garage door again. And I will NEVER use this company or a Costco Service provider again. I am embarrassed to have this patchwork door on my home.
