If you make a 5 o'clock appointment, your massage doesn't start till 515 and it ends at 6:15 because they allow you 15 minutes to wind down and enjoy some tea They have monthly memberships and their prices are extremely fair I was supposed to have one girl give me a massage, but she had to leave early with an emergency and they gave me somebody else. The vibe, feel, idea, decor and staff friendliness would all be a five star rating. My husband says his massage was five stars. However, my massage was a one star. She pulled on my toes and my fingers and that was not pleasant, she massaged my scalp so hard that I got an Indian burn on my head from my hair and her fingers. She forgot my name, and I really just did not enjoy my massage. I really wanted to love this place as we were looking for a new place to do memberships. Unfortunately, we are doing our memberships for the next six months at another spa. Perhaps we might come back and give this place another try after our six month membership is up at the other place and I would request a different therapist.

About an hour later, I received a call from a Walgreens associate, who kindly called me to let me know that one of the photos I uploaded didn't come through all the way and she'd like to complete my order, so if I submit the picture again, she could complete my order quickly. First, it was super great customer service that she called to let me know, instead of me showing up the following day to pick up my order, to find that only one item had been printed. Thank you for saving my a trip. The next day I picked up my order, both items were printed correctly, and included the correct stands. I also was able to use a 60% off coupon online, which saved me some money, which is always a nice perk. I picked up my items and had to go to a different counter to pay. I think that's my only con of this experience, is that you go to the photo department to pick up the item, then have to go to a different register to pay. But I understand they're short staffed, so it makes sense. Everyone who works there is helpful and service is quick and friendly. I would like to say the most wonderful thing about this Walgreens is the pharmacy, especially Carol in the pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy has always been friendly, helpful, and warm, but Carol is head and shoulders above the norm. It certainly makes me feel special when she greets me by name, and remembers from one visit to the next a special request I had made regarding a prescription medication manufacturer. The staff always seems friendly but sometimes the registers are not staffed and you have to wait for someone. They do offer a lot of discounts if you have a Walgreens card. I have found that their sale items are still typically on the shelf which is nice. I don't run into issues with them being gone the first day of the sale. I have had a number of issues with the pharmacy in this store. On a number of occasions they have not had my medicine in stock. They can typically get it in 24 hours, but one time I called and they said it wasn't there. However, they tried to transfer me to a different location in an effort to find it somewhere else and I got reverted back to them. When I talked to someone else they discovered that the medicine was in and it just hadn't been entered into stock. Even though it worked out they should have been the ones to call and try to find the medicine rather than having me call all over town. I do continue to use the pharmacy because of the convenience.

And Ida a pharmacist and then they have other people there that I asked about and they usually contact me on messenger or my phone number Cell phone they would say your medication's is ready and I call him and they tell me what medication's are ready my doctor said February 10, 2026 he sent over the E script for the hydrocodone 10 325 and then when I went today on 17 March, they said that they didn't fulfill my prescriptions like they should 17 days later. It's against the law the withhold medication I went in on March 9, 2027 for an anxiety pill a narcotic for my MRI and then I went in on 10 March 2026 for another narcotic for MRI that they never happened and that it's this commentated over there. A lot of people in line a lot of people here and there but they know me for four years every month. I asked them about my Alco on 10th 325 I can't believe it. Making an excuse as they are they made a mistake and it cost me. What are they gonna do for the 17 days that I met my medication I'm acting. I had to go to my primary doctor in Emed Primary and they told me today 17th of March 2026. They sent it over February 10, 2026 because I picked my January 1, 2026 they're supposed to be ready by February 1, 2026. I've been there in there three or four times that first week in part of the second week. Gotta be a shame of themselves. That's why I gave them this review. It's discombobulated need people knowledgeable that do the computer work in the E script that the doctor sent over they have enough nerve to not ask when I asked them. They have a drive thru and also you can walk in to get what you need regarding your prescriptions. The prices are pretty decent compared to other stores like it, for example CVS. They keep the the store pretty clean and fully stocked. I like that when you checkout you can have you receipt emailed to you, so that is cool. It also seems most if not all the Walgreens have switched to a new style digital POS/Cashier system. It makes check out in my opinion a lot quicker. It also helps the employees type in stuff a lot quicker too.
