My husband booked a 85 minute massage for our anniversary, he wanted to do a 50 minute plus a scalp massage but he was told they don't do that, so when I went in, I had the opportunity to add a scalp massage, weird. At the start of the massage. I went over what issues I had with constant headaches, neck issues, and back pain, my neck was NOT touched. The massage was basic. There was no detail to my issue spots. My scalp massage I could've done without. She basically ran her fingers through my hair maybe touching my scalp for a minute in total. Hot towels were a nice touch, but ... All in all I was shorted about 20 minutes of the massage with an 85 minute massage plus the scalp add-on which at a minimum I would think would be 10 minutes. My in and out of the place was an hour and 20 minutes. read more

I got a facial done. I've had multiple facials before from other companies and will not be coming back here. She washed my face, put a face mask on, and put only sunscreen on my face. I had to add in gua sha service which is fine, but it was not worth it. She washed very rough with the facial pads, did not exfoliate or put any skin care on my face after extracting a pimple. Was looking for a relaxing day for myself and instead got a rushed 45 minute service (advertised 1 hour and 15 minutes long) for $120 go somewhere else that will care about your skin. read more

Been doing massages for several years in a lots of places, but this place really make you fell uncomfortable, isn't relaxing at all. I did scheduled for 1 hour and half massage and the lady did only 1:10 minutes, something is wrong right? You pay for a time and get less and what? Expecting tips too? I don't recommend, I will look other place. read more

As soon as you step into the office , it feels very cozy and clean. I was greeted by Anna at the front desk , I was asked to fill out a quick form. Shortly after, Kim, the facial specialist came to greet me and took me to the treatment room . She gave me some time to settle into the warm sheets . The room was very cozy and welcoming with your choice of aromatherapy. Kim did an amazing job from start to finish . Her facial massage technique was my favorite. The spa uses great quality products as well . You choose what beverage you'd like to enjoy when your session is over, I had hot green tea. Overall, my experience was 10/10. I'd recommend everyone to come and enjoy a facial at this spa. read more

i am disgusted . I was told that to use my credit card i had to pay an extra 63.00.... they charged me 252... instead of the agreed upon total for my services with tip of 189. When they realized i was using a credit card and was black they advised me that credit card companies charge them a fee when a card is used and they were required to pass this fee down to me ....... the same day i had my white friend go in and after me and she was able to us her credit card .... and not pay the extra 63.00 fee that i was charged . Tell me ... are we still in the slave days ? I will make sure everyone knows about this disgusting racist place . read more

Today, I had the most relaxing and amazing micro peel facial and 85 min hot stone massage. I truly was pampered and relaxed. Jessica was able to release a trigger point in my back that has been giving me problems for a while and Denise was able to make my skin glow! I most certainly will be back! read more

I purchased a Groupon but had to work late (I work for the Navy and sometimes things more important than a facial come up) and was late for the appointment. Spa Me wouldn't work with me to reschedule, so I'm out the $69 I paid to Groupon since Spa Me has already redeemed the certificate. Way to support the people who defend this country, Spa Me. I got a 50 mins message groupon for my husband. When I called they told me they are not busy at all so we can come in anytime. We set an appointment for the next day at 9am. My husband got there at 855 then they gave him about 3 pages of forms to fill out. My husband was done with the forms by 900 and afterwards they instructed him to sit and wait. He waited until 910 until being called to the room. The therapist talked to my husband for a few minutes, left the room for 5 minutes to let my husband get settled, and by then it was 920. But she only would message my husband until 950 because he was "late". What the hell??? There was no one else coming afterwards!!!! You can see spa me doesn't care about doing the right thing or treating their clients right. I would not return. So glad I didn't pay full price for this lousy place. read more

I have visited many local spa's, many high priced spa's and I would be disappointed in the service but at Spa Me you get value and great services. I purchased a certificate valid for 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial for Spa ME from doubletakedeals. I called on 9/20/13, (spoke to Evette, front desk) to make an appt. She said that they were well booked into October (my double take deal expires 9/30/13). I said I would like the next available appt and request that they honor my promotional value as I was booking before my certificate expired. she said they would not do so. I advised her that state law assured that they would accept my paid value and I would like to book an appt and apply my paid value to the special they were running for the massage and facial. she said they would not do that as my paid value (and I would have to show proof of what I paid) could only be used for regular price services. I told her that as a consumer I feel that this is unjust and unfair and that I would be filing a complaint. Her response was to go right ahead. read more

I went here for a massage a few months ago and the staff was very friendly, the space was peaceful and clean and the massage was great. The woman scheduled to be my massage therapist had her car break down on her way into the spa, so they had to call in a second person and there was quite a bit of a wait. It was not something they could have controlled, but they were extremely polite and apologetic. I'm willing to overlook that because it was probably a one-time thing and the rest of the service was great. The bottom line is, I was having a very bad day that day and I'm sure I wasn't in the most chipper of moods, but the staff at the spa made me feel better, which I think is the mark of a good spa. read more

Horrible experience and low end place! I would not recommend a facial at this place if you are seeking anything more than a facial massage because they do not staff the expertise needed for proper skin care. The aesthetician was completely clueless about uv damage and products....she had me leave after a facial with zero sunscreen moisturizer which NO skincare establishment does! Her extractions were pointless as I left with all the blackheads in tact. I complained to the manager and got chastised by her while she defended her clueless staff and low end practices.
