I got a call from a gentleman called Andy later in the day and not only told me that we still had an open account, but that he was willing to personally bring the parts to my location and this was around 5PM! This outstanding example of customer service sold me and I have been a loyal customer ever since. For being such a small location, they carry quite a bit of commercial HVAC/R controls, supplies, parts and back it up with Technical Support that is second to none. The employees are all knowledgeable, friendly, professional and really make you feel like a valuable customer each and every time you visit. They also stock a fridge full of sodas, waters and even offer coffee and instant noodles that you can help yourself to. Another amazing example of customer appreciation and believe me, it is very much appreciated! It is also conveniently located near the downtown area and they also offer a 1-2 hour messenger service so if you can't leave your building they will deliver the part to you fast and at a reasonable cost. Finally, they offer educational training on the products sold at their Glen Ellynn classroom, which I occasionally take advantage of.
