I reserved a bounce house a month in advance for the annual company party for our employees and their families. I personally spoke with the owner to discuss details and was assured that there was availability on our requested day and time. He told me to text the details and he would be there. On the day of the party he didn't show up at the allotted time of 2 p.m. I called the business number to inquire whether he was running late and was told that he "forgot" about our party. He said that he would have to "pick up the bounce house" but, that he could be there around 3:30 - a half hour after the party started. At 3:30, he still hadn't shown up so, I texted to see if he was close - no answer. I tried calling and texting several times but, my texts and calls went unanswered. Meanwhile, there were a dozen kids at the party who were promised a bounce house and who were very disappointed. I rented an inflatable water slide in 2024 and it went well ~ no problems. So I rented it again in 2025 ~ no one showed up! We called and texted and waited all day for someone to show up but no one did. I called the next day & got no apology or explanation of what went wrong. I was offered a free rental as compensation. Guess what? Another no show!!! Do not rent with them, they will ghost you and disappoint everyone!! read more
