The 4 star still stands and i still agree their customer service was good. As stated before, the staff was very nice to me but Betty calling me was the cherry on top! I can tell customer service is very important to them.

The associate on the phone gave me directions and then suggested that I come in on Thursday, as they have a 30% off deal for suits. This was honestly very thoughtful and I appreciate her honesty about that deal, it saved me a lot of money. When I went t here, the location is very easy to get to and is very clean. She asked me if she could put a small hidden sticker on the inside of my clothes so that it won't get lost- which is very unique. They use a scanning system to keep track of all the clothes. She asked me how I'd like my shirts starched and wrote down her hours for me. It took 2 days for have all 10 items done (shirts, slacks, tuxedo, suits). They did a wonderful job! She applied the 30% Thursday discount to the suits and slacks as well! This is one of the best dry cleaners around here. One of my shirts looks the best it ever has! The manager Ariel refused to give me my refund of $10 which I know is not that big of a deal but the issue is you all sent a text saying my order was not ready and therefore are just telling me on a Monday afternoon that my order was actually ready in the text was not supposed to have sent to me. This is very poor customer service and I will not be bringing my business back here. I have included a screenshot of the text that they sent on Saturday and she said it only applied to people who dropped off shirts, my order consisted of one dress and one pair of jeans.
