The staff was very nice but we had a mix up at pick up & they gave me the wrong comforters at first. When we found the correct ones i realized after i got home that one came out very starchy & stiff. Will be back for the wash & fold if another emergency happens but i will probably look for another cleaners for my comforters. *edit: The owner Betty is very sweet & called me after this review was posted. The 4 star still stands and i still agree their customer service was good. As stated before, the staff was very nice to me but Betty calling me was the cherry on top! Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

I was greeted by a friendly woman at the counter. She asked how much starch I wanted and when I needed it by. I was in no rush and I didn't really know anything out starch. She explained it to me simply and I went with light. I was told two days until pick-up and a dry clean for a shirt is only $2.99. The shirt was perfectly cleaned and looked great! I was so impressed, I went back and had it cleaned again with my jacket this time and a dress for my wife. This place has decent hours. You can pick up until 7pm most evenings. I dropped clothing off on a Thursday morning and was told it'd be done Friday by 6pm. It was ready on time. The cleaning facility seems to be off-site, so hence the time delay. No matter if you plan ahead or aren't in a rush. Price was good, too. For a suit and dress shirt it was under $20. They do alterations and repairs as well, and open early so you can drop off your items on your way to work.

We brought it back and they said they could easily get this out and it would be ready the following day; we never received a call. We showed up and they said they would go check on it, but when they came back, they said "yeah it's still not ready but we will try to have it ready tomorrow." We were leaving for our wedding in 48 hours. We finally picked it up and it still had a couple stains on it. This place has terrible service and they clearly don't even know how to dry clean a shirt!
