I waited at the counter until she finished her call. I pointed out the area on one curtain panel that needed extra attention because of some dirt. Made an appointment for the seamstress to measure 3 pair of pants to be hemmed for my son. We were 15 minutes late to the appointment (I take responsibility) when I arrived I was told since I was late the seamstress started another project and I would have to wait. I agreed to wait. Little did I know my wait would be 25 minutes and counting. I never got any other acknowledgement of my wait and never got the measurements taken by the seamstress because I took my business someplace else. I have used this establishment for my dry cleaning and had never had any issues. Oh well... where I spend my money speaks just as loudly as this review. read more

Today was my first drop off at Amazing Cleaners. I had registered my account ahead of time online. As I went in the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and courteous. She found my account online and boom I instantly had my pick up ticket for when to return. Received two texts after I left thinking me and another reminding me of my pick up information. Due to Sage Cleaners ruining a sweater without taking accountability nor any attempt for customer satisfaction, I searched for a new dry cleaner. Amazing Dry Cleaners had good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. BIG MISTAKE!!! They lost 2 shirts. Requested manager (owner) to call us multiple times. Never received a call back. Rating so far on customer service. They couldn't figure out the Yelp discount and had to call a manager. However, they offered $20 instead of 20%, which was more than acceptable. This would have rated five stars. However, when I said I'd like the uniforms delivered - which they advertise everywhere - I was told I have to drive to a different store (5 miles/15 minutes away) to set up an account before I could use delivery. Had I known, I'd have gone to the other store first, or taken my business elsewhere. I've had challenges getting Mess Dress and other uniforms properly pressed so the creases align with there they are on the garments. I used this place once and it was great! It is more affordable than our local GEM cleaners. The ladies were very nice and professional. They texted me for status and were very detailed in their paperwork. They classified all my clothes and what was done to each. The whole experience was outstanding. They did good with my dark-colored jacket but not the light-colored one. The stain was still there even after 3 services. Worse, the original stain just got bigger and there were other stains on the jacket that were not there when I first took it. I had to take it home after the third time. I'll either find another dry cleaner to get the stain out or just do it myself. read more

$200-300 / month Dry Cleaning customer. They are unusually expensive for the area. Usually runs about $1 to $1.50 more per item. Used them for years until an older lady started working there. About 6 weeks ago this lady started trying to charge additional to unbutton shirts if accidentally left buttoned. In all my decades of using cleaning services, this attitude takes the cake. Incredibly bad business sense by this lady. She lost business because she wanted to charge $3 to $4 more per order after already being the most expensive (by far) cleaners in the area. Had a kind conversation with her where I shared my displeasure with her attitude. Her response was to text me after dropping off my most recent order. She texted me directly and told me that the shirts I failed to unbutton (like 4 or 5 standard buttons), she was going to charge extra. Amazingly poor business sense. They did an ok job with cleaning but on principle, I do not do business with companies that treat customers this way. It is a shame she has no idea how to treat customers. read more

Moved to south Riverview a little over a year ago. I looked for a dry cleaner that was close by and found Amazing Cleaners. I used another company when I lived in another part of Riverview. Amazing Cleaners are a bit more expensive but worth it. They do a much better job than my previous dry cleaners and even offer pickup services. The staff is courteous and friendly and the place is clean and well-kept. I get about 30 of my work shirts cleaned there every month and they do a fantastic job. I even got a call from the owner when I first started using their services. Classy touch. read more

Came in with a Michael Kors faux fur coat that had been saturated by the Nee York City New Year's eve rain. I entered and the two girls took my coat, gave me a quote, and I left. Upon pickup (which occurred two days later, no big deal because it's Florida and it was a fur coat) I arrived for pickup and had a pleasant conversation with one of the girls. I showed my yelp coupon (which was honored) and grabbed my coat. When arriving home, I examined my coat and my partners blazer and found all of his stains to be gone.
