As a young, professional, driven (and newly single) woman, I was ready for change - in a BIG way. I have previously worked with another "personal stylist" and did not feel listened to... this person came in, didn't really rummage through my clothes except for a few pieces that she said probably needed mending, and didn't ask me a single question about my lifestyle and what I need clothes for. She came up with her own list of things she thought I needed. When we got to three stores, she disregarded the list and instead just picked up random pieces (they didn't even work together). Anna comes in like a beautiful storm. Trust her judgment and keep an open mind. When I was hesitant about a piece, she would ask me to try it on and explain what I liked about it. When I did, I found I didn't like it... She was able to explain why it didn't work, which demonstrates her professionalism - she truly knows the styling game, the "science" behind it, and it really shows that she has foundational knowledge and certifications on this. Anna knows her stuff. I usually don't like shopping but our trip was so good (and FUN) that I was literally jumping around for joy in the fitting room. Again, go with a completely open mind. Let her work her magic. She has a way of finding exactly what works for my body type, and best of all, she created a capsule wardrobe for me that doesn't make me feel like I've compromised on my own inner style. It was the ultimate upgrade. AND she respected my budget of $1000 -- she can create an expensive look on a budget! It's not just the updated wardrobe - it's the updated confidence. Unfortunately, after multiple delays which she claimed was related to shipping delays from her manufacturer what I received at the fitting was far from what was promised -- the dress looked cheap-(dollar store rhinestones glued on a fluffy mess of uneven tulle), rushed, and bore little resemblance to what we had discussed. It was not wearable and so bad that she acknowledged it was not what I had ordered and I was assured it was a mistake and that it would be corrected in time. However, after multiple delays and broken promises, I was told -- just four days before the event -- that the dress could not be delivered at all. This left me completely without an outfit for the wedding. What's most frustrating is not just the poor quality, but the lack of accountability and professionalism. When I told her I would be traveling an hour with two little kids to come to her store and asked her if the dress was ready for the fitting she delayed multiple times then had the nerve to tell me yes when she knew it was not salvageable. She even told me it was beautiful but wouldn't send a picture when I requested multiple times. If I had been told earlier that the dress wouldn't be ready, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was strung along and left scrambling at the last minute. I would not recommend this service or doing business with any of her brands to anyone looking for reliability, quality, or basic professionalism. Proceed with caution.
