We went in for three pedicures and each one was absolutely amazing. They give you a complimentary drink of choice so we got mimosas! Everyone is so nice here and they work so detail oriented, especially the technician that did my nails, Henry. I barely even noticed when he was cutting, cleaning, filing, almost had an invisible touch? Wait, is that a new superpower? Either way, he was amazing! They've only been open for like 9 months and I have a feeling it's only the beginning of many years to come. Each pedicure chair has a whole decked out brand new massage chair system that is so cool! We only got the basic pedicure and believe me when I say there was nothing basic about it. I've been to three or four other places in and around town and I wasn't happy with any of them. So, I'm looking for a new place and it's getting late so my friend and I decided to stop in there and see if they would still be able to see me that night. There was a gentleman named Phil who was the person that did my nails. Let me just say that this man listened to everything that I wanted done with my nails and how I wanted them done and did exactly as I asked! You see I'm very hard with my hands and I'm very hard on my nails and so I needed them to be a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier because otherwise I would break them and they would pop off. Being Christmas time and the New Year's, I didn't want that. They were closing in about half an hour or 40 minutes. My friend had a pedicure done that she was so completely happy with that she now goes with me when I get my nails done just to get a pedicure! Anyway, I told him that it would be more than 2 weeks before I can see him again. He said okay. It actually turned into 7 weeks! And let me tell you, he did such a fabulous job that my nails weren't lifting anywhere, nothing popped off, they weren't too heavy, it was perfect! And to top it all off, when I did go back to see him, he still remembered me! He did my nails for me again, expertly as always! I am so impressed with his level of expertise and commitment to his clients that I will always go back to see him! He speaks very good English; there's no trouble understanding him, whatsoever! His time and attention to detail for what you want is impeccable! I'm so happy that I stumbled into this place by accident! They now have two new customers who are committed!
