I had my first appointment with Gina and had a decent cut. Scheduled my next appointment when I paid. Gina texts me about a week later wanting to change my appointment to another day, which was fine. She stated she was in TX and time change wanted to make sure I understood the time was noon EST and she screen shot the image of her schedule so I would see the time was indeed noon on the newly scheduled date. That date arrives. I am at the salon sitting in the waiting area at noon on the specified day, only to hear my phone ding. A text came in indicating my hair appointment time was moved and now scheduled at 1pm. Another appointment was taken over my scheduled time without even the courtesy of contacting me. I was not able to stay being as I had an appointment at 2:30 that took me 2 months to get. I left. Gina then tries to cover by texting me saying I had the time mixed up. Lie! I still had the original text she sent me showing me the schedule with my time being noon EST. I don't know if she took a walk in or moved my appointment without contacting me to see if I was available at a later time that day, which I was not, but this is rude and totally unacceptable. Try Josephine's or Head Hunters. They treat you with upmost respect and you'll find a decent and honest stylist. read more

I am very picky about hair cuts and more often than not end up going on a hair cutting spree. Jayne got it right the first time. Do not recommend and I won't return ever in my life. I told and showed her what I wanted. I didn't realize until I left (because I wasn't shown) how messed up it was. She made the front long and the back extremely extremely short. I never asked or showed or said I wanted that haircut. She did whatever she wanted and messed my hair up. Didn't wash it until after she was done. With boobs literally all in my face, touching & resting on my face. It was so uncomfortable & awkward. I regret tipping her. I don't remember her name. I'm extremely disappointed and sad waiting for this pathetic job to grow out ASAP. I had to go get my hair fixed (the best they could)ALL because of you. So one haircut cost me double. THANKS. And even they were extremely shocked and didn't understand what they did to the back of my head. The Other hairstylist said it's like she went to go do something and half did it and then stopped doing it and was just like ok your done. Who would let someone walk out knowing how bad of a job they did?! They tried to fix it but told me I just have to let it grow out. During the haircut at making waves I asked for my hair thinned as well and that was not a thinning. Will never recommend and infact will tell people not to go there. Especially younger people. She never once even talked to me. Was not friendly. she almost had an attitude as well. If you don't like younger people and purposely mess their hair up cause of it speak up! If you're only used to older people than tell me. Instead of just taking our money to have money & screw us over. I would not trust this place again. Thank god I didn't get highlights like I almost did. To be more specific I showed a picture of my hair at my shoulders (Legit a picture of myself with my previous cut). She made it passed my shoulders in the front and to my EARS in the back. NEVER oked this or asked for this. Hate that style. And again, pictures were taken for my original hairstylist who was not in town at the time. Who I should have just waited for. But it was like I let my 4 year old do it. Uneven, one piece cut one length and the pieces literally right next to it cut a half to a full inch longer. No smooth STRAIGHT line across. All over the place uneven. Completely unprofessional. Did NOT deserve that tip. Always want to be nice but Best believe I will start speaking up. And will not pay for that horrible of a job again. read more
