She proceeded to start injecting my smile line with just a little bit of one syringe left and put the filler next to my smile line instead of inside my smile line and said she was putting in more filler in my lips for hydration. The next time I went, the new injector, I saw was amazing, but I feel like we ran out of filler before finishing my smile lines due to the previous injector, wasting the filler on things that I did not need and putting it not where I wanted it. She also had a not so welcoming attitude as I had multiple questions with it being my first time. Due to her wasting filler my smile lines was not finished and my lips don't even look that great. Probably would have continued my treatments there if my emails and text to the nurse would have been responded to and they tried to make it right but being ignored is a good way to get a bad reputation!
