Bad Business, illegally charges your card for a session you never were able to attend due to this owner making it inconvenient for you to do so. I'm not one for going back and forth with someone on the phone. Yes, I was running behind for an appointment, it should be a reasonable grace period for that. nevertheless I was ready to chalk it up to the game as a Loss, until Jolli (Owner) proceeds to remind me how "lucky I am she doesn't charge me and additional $45 for being late" while proceeding to charge my card the $45 anyway, is some pretty condescending work. I'd concur with others that Jolli's arrogance is some very distasteful stuff, especially when I weren't being hostile with you. I'm not concerned about not getting my $95 back from the bank, which is her "policy" requiring $50 for deposit, and $45 due at the appointment. Nor concerned about the $95 in general for that matter, but her representation of herself today was trash. In a City were customer services standard are at an all time low, I've resulted to using yelp to help me find everything I need for daily essentials due to how the people out here try and treat you like you owe them something. Some of the business owners out here are extremely rude family, across the board. As if you don't work just as hard, if not harder than them to earn a decent living. I saw Jolli a few months ago for my first colonic. At that first visit I was experiencing a bad reaction to a bee sting earlier in the week. Everything is great about this space, except for the owner. It is clean, serene, and well decorated. During my first visit (l paid for a series of sessions) she snatched a clip board out of my hand after determining that l had filled out enough information. During my second visit (l was rushed cause she had an important client immediately after me) she was making blanket racial statements about certain groups of people, and was very condescending and disrespectful. Very rude and arrogant. I was looking forward to a wonderful experience, as l am familiar with colon hydrotherapy. The good news, my treatments were effective. The facility is good, it is clean and feels pleasant. My experience with Jolli was good. She is a sweet lady but here are a few things I simply do not like: Firstly, she cannot stop talking. For me, when I do a colonic, I want quiet time. I want to lay down and relax and not be forced to constantly compete for conversation. She just does not stop and it is very hard to get a word in, you have to cut her off to do that. I really recommend that you turn it down a bit, Jolli. Let the client lay down, relax, throw a blanket over or something (it can be chilly in there), and just stop.. talking! Secondly, she has a tendency to talk badly about her other clients. If you have cancelled appointments and if you couldn't make it the day of, be sure that another client will have to lie there and listen to this BS! How rude and completely unprofessional. She won't use names, but she will also say personal things about her other clients. It 's the last thing a person wants to listen to while getting the procedure done. And, it is like that every time I've been there so it's not like she was having a bad day. Jolli, if I were you, I'd really consider these two objective observations. Thirdly, she cuts the time of the appointment so it is never a full hour and can make the whole process feel rushed. Even though we start right on time, I've been stopped 15 minutes early. That is not fair. Booking everyone back to back to back on the hour is not the right way to do this, you need to have 10-15 min in between each client, that's just a given. If you choose not to do this then you need to discount the service for the client for short timing them. Aside from this, she is great at what she does, and again very sweet, with a clean facility and good experience, but the three reluctant stars are a rating for the bedside manner only. FYI This can get pricey with a tip but it is a great thing to do for your health. read more

Horrible experience and would not and do not recommend. After I left a voice-mail, due to no one answering during business hours, instead of a call back I received a personal text message from the owner telling me to go online and schedule. I had already tried this and had questions regarding the colonic procedure and my groupon voucher. She eventually called me back and started complaining about how she needed to take the groupon down because she was loosing business. She said she would honor the group on, answered my questions with a hurried tone and told me to go online and schedule. I went on later that day and still could not figure out Things on her website and again I left a message and again there was no call back until later that night while I was at the gym. I told her I was at the gym and she just kept talking with no regard that I was in the middle of something. I had to walk outside in the cold to finish the conversation way after normal business hours. She then proceeded to tell me that she needed a deposit of $50. Mind you the groupon was for $45, and that I would need to text her my card information over the phone. I said I didn't feel comfortable doing this and she said that she couldn't figure out what was going on online and that this is the only way she would make me an appointment. Reluctantly, and being the trusting person I am, I sent her my card information. Later that night I received a text from her saying that my appointment was set and she did not charge my card. The next day I had an Emergency with my pets and missed the appointment by 30 minutes. When I called to let her know what happened after I had settled everything she stated she had charged my card the $50 to book another appointment would be another $80. When I asked why I was being charged more for the cancelation fee than the actual service she stated that I was lucky it was only 50 at not 80 and that's her policy. I can understand a 20 or $25 cancelation fee but this was ridiculous. Especially considering the and professionalism exhibited throughout the past couple days and my tolerance of it. Horrible customer service. The owner is obviously desperate, hates her customers and has no consideration for people. read more

I though that there would be a room and a private machine or something like that. But, not at all. I had never understood the need or the benefits of having Colon Hydrotherapy done. I was so appreciative of the time that Jolli took to set me at ease. She took her time because she knew I was nervous, never having done it before. I have not only been back for other treatments, but I get regular maintenance that has helped me greatly with my weight loss and understanding more about the right nutrition to eat (she even had fresh fruits and veggies to eat!) I waited to write a review because i waited to have a couple more treatments done with Jolli and at another facility. I went to Jolli about a year ago. I had been hassling my significant other to have a colonic done, but i hadn't. He had an open system colonic and i was more interested in trying the closed system. With the closed system, the tech can really get throughout your system. I discovered Jolli through a Groupon. She is literally 5 mins from my home. She is a very nice lady, but can be a bit unprofessional. In my experience, she didnt give useful information about the procedure. She spoke more about other clients, her personal life, etc. I didn't get a chance to relax and get the most out of the session. In doing a bit of research prior to visiting Jolli, it is better to have your 1st series of treatments in a 7 day span (3-4). Jolli spaced my 3 treatments over a 3-3.5 week time frame. I didn't have much of a result. Jolli regulates the water pressure and she tells you to say when the pressure is too much so she can release. In speaking with other persons that have more experience with colon hydrotherapy, that is uncommon. The techs control the water pressure and based on your body and pressure, they release the pressure themselves. Overall, I won't have anymore sessiins with Jolli. I wish her succes with her business, but i received better results and more informative information from another facility. read more

I paid for a groupon for a colonic & scheduled about two weeks before it expired. Jolli contacted me and asked if we could move the appointment up two hours, I agreed and said it would be no problem. The next day I totally blanked on my appointment and asked if I could come about 20 minutes later, she had a another client and wouldn't be able to. I said I would reschedule. She told me that I would have to pay for another colonic since I missed the original appointment. No cancellation policies were provided to me & no notice that if I missed my scheduled appointment that I forfeit my Groupon. Mind you, I was flexible to her schedule when she contacted me and asked to move the appointment up two hours. However, she was very cold & "black & white" when it can to me as customer. Being a chemo patient I have issues with my short term memory & that played a roll in forgetting my appointment. I understand everyone's time is valuable & I respect and understand where Jolli was coming from, however she wasn't interested in accommodating me as a client & totally disregarded me. read more

this has been the most amazing experience , Jolli is very informative, about the therapy, and what it all entails. . Her office was so clean, and very nicely decorated. .! she is very knowledgeable of the differnt things HIDING in your bms. she made me feel very relaxedand comfortable, After each session we would chat and she would always ask me how I am feeling, and offer me fresh fruits and vegetables, before leaving....
