The experience was unusual and relaxing although so much information was given regarding music, lights, etc. They provide shampoo conditioner and body wash for before and after the float experience. Always wanted to try this ! It was a gift from a friend, so we went, and the place was so clean , and very well designed. There was a lovely woman that helped us ( from Lebanon..) she was kind and beautiful, and so helpful, as it was our first time. My friend fell asleep in his room, and as I have issues with confinement, and forgot the main rule... I had to exit early, as I got salt in my eyes twice. ( my own fault) There is. Nice rain shower in the room with shampoo , conditioner, lotion, body wash and towels. If they were open , when I get off work , I would go back in a heart beat . Makes your skin feel like silk. Before then I had got in contact with the owner about using a Groupon for their salt float, She was super nice to speak to and she even said she would honor the Groupon if I booked directly with her, which she did. When we arrived we were met with a warm welcome and given clear instructions on what to expect for our first float. The rooms were very clean and everything worked properly. Do not come here for a colonic unless you want issues. The lady left me in the room and told me to buzz her if I needed help. The water was getting hotter and hotter and eventually went up to 120° which is definitely unsafe for the inside of the human body. I was trying to ring her with the buzzer on the wall to no avail. Then I tried calling and didn't get an answer which afterwards I found out she left her phone at home. Finally she came to check on me and showed me where the temperature dial was. Ever since then my digestion has been particularly undesirable. I should not have had to ask for a bottle of water but should be automatic. To top things off the lady kept trying to sell me a package that I don't need. Even after I try to explain to her that I was told by my doctor to only do a colonic once a month not three times a week. Once at this place was more than enough for me much less a repeat visit.
