I spent hours here the last time I was in Henderson as I was healing from parasites that I caught from India. I would first use the infrared sauna, then I would get zapper treatments and would end with a colonic. All the ladies there are super nice and Lida is very knowledgable about health. She helped me so much and sent me on my way with much more information and understanding about my condition than when I first went in. In the same plaza is my favorite place to eat (Go Vegan) so it was the perfect set up for me. The center is also really clean. There are always plenty of towels and a nice shower to use. In the front room waiting area there is a massage chair and great informative books teaching about the body and all of our organs. It's always a healing and learning experience! Taking care of your body on the inside and the outside is very important. Getting a colonic on a regular basis is one way to help out your insides from flowing freely, which leads to other health benefits. This was my first colonic at this location. I was still nervous, but I was soon relaxed when I went into the room. It was spacious, clean, well organized, and dark. *Once I disrobed from the waist down and wrapped a towel around me, I laid down on the bed which has a toilet bowl type opening. *The therapist gave me a glove, some lubricant, and I gently inserted the nozzle in my bottom. While calming music played, I went through the cleansing process. *Hold as much water inside for as long as I can (20 seconds is my record) and then let the water out. *The water goes down the tube, out the bowl, and down a clear plastic tube which helps you monitor what is coming out of your body. This may sound gross to want to see your own poo, but it's a good way to monitor how your bowels are doing. I saw a piece of corn and part of an almond. Interesting in my opinion. *The therapist can stay with you and massage your belly and your feet to help you relax during the process, but I prefer to be by myself. Amazingly, there is NO smell at all, but I still would like to be alone. *The process lasts about 30 minutes. There is a call button if you need assistance. *Once my session was over, the tube was gently removed and the therapist washed my bottom area with a small shower head. *Then I went into the bathroom and emptied the remaining water from my body. Don't rush in the bathroom- you want to be able to make the drive home without having an accident! After paying, you are given a drink with electrolytes and veggie soup. I would suggest going home and relaxing for the next few hours after the procedure. It may be a day of two until you need to go #2 again, don't be alarmed. Your bottom will be a little tender for the next day, but that is to be expected with all that came out. I will return to this location the next time I cleanse which I am going to try and do every 3 or 4 months. read more

Easy Parking. I had a great experience with Michelle as my therapist. She was great at helping me feel comfortable. She does a tum massage and Hot towels on your feet with essential oils applied to pressure points on your feet. I am herxheimer/detoxing major right now, so this colonic is such a relief to help the process along. At the end you are given a probiotics YaY, and a wonderful veggie soup. Just perfect! Its would have been better to just get Magnesium Citrate and do the release myself for the colon hydrotherapy. The facility has no way to communicate (bell) to alert staff that service is not working. 15 minutes trying to get started and only 5 minutes, if that, of work done and 10 minutes of trying to alert staff that it's not working. Shirt wet from the back. Just a bad experience. 5 minutes and still had to pay. I would not recommend these people for a colonic. I contacted them yesterday and spoke to a women named "Abbi"- could not understand anything she stated. She was talking 100 miles a minute and with no good command of the English language, which made it worse. When I politely stated that I could not understand her, she became defensive, rude and thought it necessary to hang up in my face after I asked to speak with someone else. I later found out she was colonic tech (now if I can not understand you now, what type of service are you going to render me, without aggravation- as a result of your lack of clear english?) Turned around and called the owner of the establishment "Donna" who was rude ( I see why this "Abbi" was so comfortable with her conduct) and told me that she was in full confidence that "Abbi" did nothing wrong....Wow- so now me spending my money is more important than understanding someone and their dialect ??? Unreal. I would not give you a dime!!! I'm used to closed colonics. Was first time doing open colonic. This system is much more comfortable, a lot more heat, you're sitting upright in curved bed that forms to your back, you don't feel tube insertion or extraction at all, and you're left on your own (monitored with call buzzer) it is extremely comfortable situation I highly recommend.
