Very frustrating experience. We rented a bounce house a month in advance. Yesterday it was supposed to be delivered by 1:45pm. After 2pm nothing was delivered so I called multiple times. The call kept going to voicemail. Thankfully we had a different number that had been texting us with updates earlier in the week reminding us of our rental. We called and someone answered. The lady told us she would call the driver and see where he was at. She could not get ahold of him. Finally around 3pm she got ahold of him and apparently there was a mistake and the driver had tried bringing the bounce house to the wrong house. Because of this the driver went back to their hub and dropped it off. The lady told us this happened and I was understanding until she gave us the run around about them still bringing it to us. She said they could drop it off around 5pm but for the same price and no partial refund. Mind you, our rental was $250 from 2pm to 7pm. I argued about getting a partial refund but she refused. She did offer a full refund but then my son would have no bounce house that he had been really looking forward to. She claimed no refunds were in the contract yet was willing to give us a full one but not a partial. So, we ended up paying the full amount for just 2 hours. I see there are lots of positive reviews for this company but I just wanted to express my negative experience. We personally will not use this company ever again. And note to the Managment... If you make a mistake, please make it right moving forward. People shouldnt have to deal with this type of customer service. read more

Excellent and prompt service. Very accommodating even when I made a critical error and scheduled the bounce house for the wrong day! Just days in advance, they worked it out for me to have an even better bounce house for a longer period of time. So grateful! Only grievance I have is lack of communication of drop off and pick up times. Both times they just showed up outside the pick up/drop off times agreed upon in the contract without prior scheduling or phone call. It was pure chance we were home to let them in the backyard. We ended up with substantially more time with the bounce house, not less. But prior planning would have been appreciated. read more

We rented the toy town bouncer for my 2 yr olds birthday. I have never seen all the kids at a party stay inside a bounce house that long! It entertained all ages for hours and they only came out for refreshment. It is geared for younger kids. The build in small slide was perfect for toddlers but all kids will love it.. If your torn between the basic bounce or spending the extra on toy town or similar activity jump, DO IT! You won't regret it. Even the adults liked what they saw. The delivery and pick up service was great also. No hiccups, miscommunications, or issues. Simple. Clean. Fantastic. I will definitely rent again. read more

Great service and I really appreciate their hard work setting up for the event and breaking down after the event. Their bouncers was awesome and the kids had a very great time. They did not only have bouncers but tables and chairs which I needed for my event and it was perfect. I'm definitely going to rent out their bouncer, tables, chairs and other rentals they have for another great experience for my event. Shawn was terrific; geniunely kind and helpful! There were a couple of wrong table sizes due to some damage from a previous rental but he worked diligently to replace them quickly. The setup & tear down was smooth. The inflatables were in great shape. The white chairs did have some scuff marks but were in good condition otherwise. Shawn even helped tear down with another vendor, when he could have just waited while that vendor did it alone. Thank you for playing your part of the event well. Good experience overall. read more
