I have never had my fingers sliced open and cuticles nicked as bad as this. I sat in my car and cried for 10 mins after my appointment and came home and cried on my couch in pain for another 20 mins. Even during the appointment he knew it was causing me to bleed cause he had to stop and stop the bleeding. And still continued sawing at my poor fingers attempting to shape the nail. I'm sitting here contemplating driving to the minor ER because I'm in so much pain. This was supposed to be a relaxing appointment and it was the furthest from it. I was anxiously waiting for him to go to the next nail so he would stop sawing on my skin. And I asked for a new set french tip but with dip powder...he never got out any dip for me. I'm so heartbroken. I definitely won't be back. I definitely don't recommend. I'd rather have my money back and I don't know that I'll ever step in another nail salon again.

We didn't get leg/foot massages, no…read moreparaffin wax on our feet, the "hot towel" was just a towel wet in the sink and rung out (I watched it be done) I picked a medium/dark green glitter and my toes were painted with a neon green and the glitter over top. When asked about it after a couple toes I said how it was alot brighter and not what I picked and the guy just smile and said it's pretty and he was still doing more glitter. Some of my toe's barely have glitter and you can see the neon green a ton.. I thought they were decent (it's been 4+ years since I had a pedicure) we paid and left. We didn't even get offered anything to drink either. I paid $110 for us both. I would of had redone after getting home and seeing how bad it really was.. but I have littles and unfortunately I had to drive 4 hours back home the next morning so wasn't able to have them fixed.. they were closing in about two hours but all the other workers other than one who was doing someone's nails were sitting in the pedicure chairs eating and playing on their phones. And then someone came in selling eggs to the workers There was only one other customer so it was very quiet and as moms of toddlers we did appreciate that and the music choices were pretty good!

I went in right when they open to get my get my dip tips removed. They were four weeks old, so they were basically falling off anyway. The guy who was working on me with the electric drill kept missing my nail and grinding my hands. When I recoiled in pain, he grabbed my hand and kept going. When he started to file my nails, he filed right on the skin. My fingers are red and raw. Worst of all, when I went to gather my things, my phone was on my lap and he reached across the table and grabbed my phone which was right on my crotch. I immediately stood up and snatched my phone away, I cannot believe this disgusting behavior is allowed in a professional environment. DON'T GO HERE.
