There was two of us. We both got the shellac pedicures. We didn't get leg/foot massages, no paraffin wax on our feet, the "hot towel" was just a towel wet in the sink and rung out (I watched it be done) I picked a medium/dark green glitter and my toes were painted with a neon green and the glitter over top. When asked about it after a couple toes I said how it was alot brighter and not what I picked and the guy just smile and said it's pretty and he was still doing more glitter. Some of my toe's barely have glitter and you can see the neon green a ton.. I thought they were decent (it's been 4+ years since I had a pedicure) we paid and left. We didn't even get offered anything to drink either. I paid $110 for us both. I would of had redone after getting home and seeing how bad it really was.. but I have littles and unfortunately I had to drive 4 hours back home the next morning so wasn't able to have them fixed.. they were closing in about two hours but all the other workers other than one who was doing someone's nails were sitting in the pedicure chairs eating and playing on their phones. And then someone came in selling eggs to the workers There was only one other customer so it was very quiet and as moms of toddlers we did appreciate that and the music choices were pretty good! read more

Went on Monday at 10:15 Two ladies getting pedicures. No one else there. Was not greeted except "what do you want". I told them a pedicure. Man said 12. I figured that was chair number so I sat down. No one came over to me. Three other people came in. Two for manicure and one for Pedicure. Pedicure sat beside me. I asked if she had appt. She said no. A person filled her water and then started mine. They began to work on her and I still sat. Everyone was being helped but me. After 30 minutes of waiting I left. Never to return. read more

By far, one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would. The older male nail tech with glasses destroyed my nails yesterday I literally left in tears. Talk about awesome! They were able to get us right in on a Saturday! But what I truly appreciate was the lady who did the pedicure asked me beforehand if I was ticklish (VERY). She was super fast with the callus remover, and super gentle. As a ridiculously ticklish person, this was appreciated. I also got to see how the workers interact with each other. This is my usual salon and my go to but this would have to be my worst experience yet. I would normally say 5 stars but this experience was not. They turned out lumpy and and uneven. Best most relaxing pedicure I've had in 3 years. She was gentle but thorough and did a great job.

We brought in the fam bam for pedi's around 1230pm. (Nobody looked at my boyfriend weird for getting a pedi as someone previously commented) There wasn't that much staff on hand but we were able to soak feet and get a massage while we waited our turn. Tonight was my first time visiting this salon. There was no wait and it was not busy. I received the basic pedicure which is listed as 30 minutes to include soak, callous removal, warm towel wrap and lavender lotion massage for $30. I sat down at 658 pm and the young man started my pedicure. I was finished at 7:14 PM. 16 minutes total. He even left twice. The "massage" was 5 minutes of him rubbing lotion on my legs. He didn't massage my feet or even put lotion on them. The only positive thing I can say is the place was clean. Save your $ and go somewhere else. read more

While in Abilene visiting family my sisters and I decided to spend some time getting our nails done. I haven't been to a nail salon since the pandemic shut everything down so I was a little weary but luckily for us they weren't busy. All the employees were wearing masks as were we and they have signs that require you to do so. The salon seems clean although a bit cluttered. We were greeted and tended to right away. I was getting a gel manicure and I showed my nail tech a picture to get an idea of what I wanted. While the end result wasn't quite as 'dainty' as what I was looking for I was pretty impressed with the care she took in applying my polish. She was definitely trying to get it right. All the services were done relatively quickly so we were in and out in no time. While this wasn't the most relaxing experience, and definitely pricier than what we expected, it was just fine for what we needed. My sister that lives in Abilene is a regular and enjoys going here so it was nice to visit. read more

I was a walk in for a pedi and I was seated quickly. They were very busy but had enough people working to keep up with the demand. Everyone working was friendly and did a good job as I could see. There were a total of 20 pedi chairs and 8 spots for manis. Inside the spa is beautiful, clean, and the massage chairs are amazing! Discovered incidentally while passing by. Our standard nail spa, which we rarely deviate from with nail care in Abilene, was unexpectedly closed today, so my wife and I gave Skyline Nails & Spa a try for pedicures, and are very glad we did! We were seated immediately which I know is a variable anywhere, and saw a new looking facility in all aspects. The staff were friendly and the prices were on par with other locations we've visited over the years. So I have been to this salon twice now only because it is down the street from my house. Both times I had two different people. Both times I have been more than disappointed. Both times I got the honey milk that is suppose to be 40 minutes. I only got 27 minutes at best. When I confronted the lady she told me that she knew the lady did her 40 minutes. The lady kept arguing with me then when I told her that I'll write a report about their service, she changes her tone and said she wanted to make it right. She told me to go sit down and she would rub my feet for another 15 minutes. This place is LOUSY. read more

Everyone was nice but my gel nails were already peeling off hours after. I showed a picture of round nails and received square, which are SUPER uneven. They cut my nails without asking and barely bothered to shape them. I am sure there are talented techs here, but I did not have a good experience. The lines are very uneven on my French tip and my friend left with paint all over her fingers. read more

My friend and I got our nails done here less than a week ago. Her nails are already rising and mine have randomly cracked. I paid $45 a piece for my daughter and I to get pedicures that were horrible. Please save yourself the money and do not go here. Came to get manicure/pedicure for my wedding, and the water that my feet were in was ice cold. I asked the lady to warm it up please and she did nothing. I got powder dip and the guy that did my nails messed up my pedicure. He did not ask me what shape, or length I wanted my nails.
