I pay $140 a month to come every two weeks with an additional $10 per visit to get a master lash tech. I've been having my lashes done for a little over seven years now and have never had a 30 min fill in as I did with Quay this last time. she began gluing within the first few minutes, and I've never had that done before. I didn't question this and just let her do her thing. Had a flight out that night and had to go home to begin working and didn't notice how many lashes she missed and that a few were laying down as they were before I went in. I received a review via email and filled it out maybe a couple days after I was lashed by Quay and nobody got back to me. so now I have to wait two more weeks to have my lashes done properly and I would not recommend anybody going to this individual because she cuts corners and she's not serious about her job nor is she serious about keeping customers. Quay did my lashes and did a fantastic job! I always have her do my refills. With that being said I have to say the front desk people are horrible. When I called to make my appointment the young lady that answered the phone was very rude. When I came in for my appointment with Quay they didn't let her know that I was there. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes. I finally asked if Quay knew I was there and that's when they went back and told her. Uneven, way too heavy, completely unbalanced - the inner corner doesn't follow my eyes AT ALL. They didn't charge me, BUT I had just wasted two hours of my life on their horribly uncomfortable tables ("spa relaxation" as noted on their website MY ASS). I was there very recently 2023 and I can't explain to you how horrible the service is and how much the rip you off on your bill. Yes double check it because they charge you 30$ extra for having someone DOOOOO your lashes without warning you in advance . okay. i have been getting my lashes done by Quay (sorry if i spelled that wrong) since september 2023. i had never gotten lash extensions before and wanted to try it out for my birthday. i fell in LOVE. Quay always got them right and i never once felt like she was annoyed or rude towards me while i learned how to care for my lashes. around the end of march, i started developing some irritation and swelling in my left eye only so i went to the dr and they diagnosed me with a bacterial infection. i was told it was common so i got my lashes removed, conveniently was able to put my membership on hold, and gave my lashes a break. a month later, my eyes had been fine and cleared up, so i decided to get them back on! i went to my appointment, quay once again did not disappoint, and i was on my way. less than 24 hours later, i woke up with some pain and itching in my left eye again. my eye was horribly swollen. i asked around and researched and deduced i had developed an allergy to the glue. it made sense and i was very sad, but made the appointment to get my lashes removed so my eye could heal. quay spent OVER an hour and a half carefully and gently removing the lashes. she had to stop multiple times to rinse my eye since it was severely irritated and was burning so bad (NOT HER FAULT, i was having a mild allergic reaction). she had to eat into her next clients time slot. she never gave up and sent me home. she did absolutely amazing to make me feel better and help me in this time of need. she is so selfless and kind and even though i can't return due to my allergies, i want it to be known that she truly is a star lash tech and deserves all the recognition she can get. i honestly appreciate her so much. I feel completely robbed. This place is a joke. I NEVER HAVE WROTE A REVIEW IN MY LIFE. So anyways. I SIGNED UP FOR THE $80 deal they were running. When I got into the room I showed a pic of what was apparently a hybrid. (I don't know much, just what I see on other people). The girl then told me that was like a $25-30 add on. I said "no I'm good, i really just want them shorter and thicker". So then she does my lashes. When I look in the mirror I'm thinking "these are long and thin but whatever I guess that's what I payed for" So I get up to pay, MY TOTAL WAS $135. I said "um what happen to the $80 price" and they said "what you got was a $55 add on" and I'm in shock, not used to this, I said "I was not expecting this price. BECAUSE I WAS NEVER TOLD. NOT TO MENTION IT WASNT EVEN WHAT I ASKED FOR. I paid and left. It's now 4 days later and I have half of the lashes on still. I have also done everything to take care of them, brushing, foam cleaner, sleeping on my back. Now I probably wouldn't have came on here to complain if they were what I asked for and I still paid that price. But that price would have got me 10x more lashes somewhere 10x better And I wouldn't be sitting $135 in the hole after 4 days of something that should last 4-6 weeks. read more

For my birthday this year I decided to try some lashes and took my mama along as a fun girls outing. Initially we had a decent experience until all of my moms lashes fell off within 48 hours. We called and explained the situation and they asked her to come back in only to be told that her lashes were too weak and they could do anything. If this was the case why were lashes put on in the first place? Not only did they keep her money but they treated her with total disrespect. I own a business and would be ashamed to treat my customers this way. Shame on you lash studio for scamming people and keeping their money for poor service. We have since found an actual lash artist that did a beautiful job on my moms lashes and made mine look better! Trust me... find an independent artist and you'll be much much happier. Awful customer service. When I arrived I called to check in and was informed that my "appointment was not held" due to me not calling to give them a credit card to hold. I checked in online and never received the text message she claimed to have sent me the previous day. As I explained this to the secretary she was extremely rude and argumentative. Let me repeat, I never received a text message or voicemail. I was never informed of the cancellation policy. I was never informed that my appointment was cancelled. They are taking zero responsibility and trying to blame me and covid. Everyone do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where you will be treated better. read more

I drive 45 minutes just to get my lashes done by Taryn. She is wonderful. Highly recommend her.

One star was given with grace, appointments are rarely available for a decent stylist. Normally you will get put with someone new, your lashes will not last more than a week. This place is absolutely awful but the branch at Nashville west is very accommodating and is where most of their best stylist move to due to management being so difficult to work with. read more

I'm beyond amazed at this lash studio!!! I had my lashes done while on vacation and when I got home I wanted a refill. When you walk in the door it feels very professional and pristine. They give you a cleaner to clean your eyelashes before and there bathroom was clean and very luxurious. I was very impressed with there individual rooms for your personal experience. There prices were a little high for non-members but they did a phenomenal job matching the lashes I had received from another salon and made them look even better than they did when I first got them done! read more

I do understand things like that happening which is why I didn't understand why I wasn't offered having my booking price honored. However, Jennifer was very professional and I will be experiencing the service. I can tell she really takes pride in her business and I appreciate her reaching out. * * * * I am extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I was online preparing to make my appointment. I had questions about the pricing and called the store. I was told about the pricing for the services, memberships, and volume upgrade. She answered additional questions for me too. After thinking more about it, I decided to book my service for introductory lashes. I picked the first available session with the first available lash tech. The next day I headed to the 'boro for my appointment. I was very excited to surprise my husband with my new look when he got home. Well I didn't get my lashes done. I felt like there was baiting and switch done on me. I was told that my service was not going to be $79. I booked online and it said $79 but when I got there I was told its going to be $30 more because my lash tech was a "Master" and sorry it doesn't say that online during booking. I asked why didn't anyone at the studio call and notify me? I was told it was overlooked. I don't understand how this is acceptable. There is no notification on the booking to indicate a stylist is a "Master" and the pricing should reflect that in the time of booking. I had to waste my time driving to Murfreesboro and then told my services will be more expensive then the price I booked for. The studio should've honored the booking price and respected my time. As customers we are asked to respect the time of the tech and it should work both ways. I was told I could come back 3.5 hours later and have my services done by another tech. That was helpful but not helpful. People have other things to do. I have other things to do. Just honor the pricing I booked for and fix your system. I was very happy with the professionalism of my lash stylist, however the lashes didn't stay on more than a week. I didn't get them wet for 2 days and I used oil free cleanser as recommended. the morning after I got them done, I woke up with several lashes on my face. this continued every morning til they were mostly gone by the end of the week. I tried this place for my eyelash extensions for about 5 months because when charged accurately, the price is good. They claim to have different styles of lashes but they don't have the longer length eyelashes that I'm accustomed to. The eyelashes were very heavy and thick but the glue they used was strong. However, when a few fell out, it was very noticeable because the thickness of the lashes. The lashes seemed lower quality. Also their monthly planned offered is a mess. I had several extra charges that the manager claimed were a part of the plan but I shouldn't have been charged for services I didn't receive and weren't part of the monthly plan. With the right customer service/upper management and longer length options for eyelashes, this place could be amazing but it's just lackluster. read more

do not waste your time or your money!!! total scam. i booked their $79.99 special for a full set of lashes. within 24 hours half of the lashes fell out. i called and they told me to come back in and they would re-do them. i drove 1 1/2 hours to go back only to be told my lashes weren't strong enough for their product. i asked why they didn't tell me that the first time i was there. they told me i had to ask for a strength test which was in the fine print. they told me i couldn't have a refund since they spent their time on me. why would you spend your time on me when obviously your product doesn't work. i guess they need the $80 more than they need ethics. i run a 5 star business and i can promise you they will never stay in business treating customers that way. and to waste 3 hours more of my time. run....go somewhere else. i did ask to have to owner call me.....but of course they are on vacation. i have never been on a vacation that i wouldn't stop and reach out to an upset customer....they will be closed before the end of the year!!! read more

I never write reviews, but I feel like I had to write one for this business. I had eyelash extensions put on Thursday and after three days and lots of pain I had them removed. The stylist named Lauren was the one that applied them. She was very sweet and appeared to be very knowledgeable, but that was not the case. After application my eyes hurt for three days, after looking closely at the lashes i noticed that she had clumped three or four of my lashes together with one extension. It caused major clumping of the glue and was uncomfortable and looked terrible. The proper application should be one eyelash per extension. Anything more than that can cause damage to your natural lashes. I went back to amazing lash and the girls working there were great. They knew right away that the lashes weren't applied correctly. They took them off,which is VERY painful and refunded all of my money. I'm writing this because I don't want you to book with Lauren. You will have ruined eyelashes. Buyer beware. I do think another stylish would be able to do a better job. I was impressed at the level of customer service i received from the salon. read more

If I feel that something needed to be attended to after a refill, I reach out immediately. So I just moved here from down town Nashville and usually go get my eyelash done in Greenhills. After hearing all the rave about this place I thought I would give them a try since it is closer to my home. I booked my appointment last week and I had an appointment today Sept 8 @ 5pm. Well I happen to call up there today and spoke with Nikki to see if she had an extra opening because my sister wanted her lashes done as well she told me No then turned around and said my appointment was CANCELLED because the girl who was suppose to do my lashes quit!!! NO ONE CALLED, TEXTED, OR EMAILED ME TO TELL ME THAT!!! If I didn't call today I would have drove up there for nothing!!! This place is so unprofessional!! She apologized and tried to get me in next week but I AM LEAVING FOR VEGAS IN THE MORNING!!! I had never been anywhere to get lash extensions before and didn't know a whole lot about them so I stopped by the Amazing Lash Studio to learn a little bit and possibly make an appointment to get a set before my sisters upcoming wedding. I did end up making the appointment 3 days before the wedding because they told me I would need to wait 48 hours before wearing makeup after the application of the lashes. I showed up to my 9 am appointment only to be told that the stylist I was set up with quit the night before so there was no one there to do my lashes. All they told me was sorry, and said they had an appointment late Friday afternoon....after I just told the girl I was getting these for a wedding on Saturday and we had a rehearsal dinner on Friday night. She did not try and fit me in for any other times on my original day or offer a discount on a later time or anything to try and keep a client. I really am not one to complain. I've worked many places in a customer service position and understand that sometimes things are out of your control but there was NO concern at this place for the customers. I hope anyone considering getting lashes here considers somewhere else first. read more
