This nail salon is better than ones I've been to! We (mom, me and sister) requested a dip manicure and gel pedicure. The gel pedicure was absolutely wonderful, and so was the dip manicure! I really was hoping this was going to be my new spot. Unfortunately, it's not going to be. I really like the interior and design. The location is convenient. The prices are in line with other salons. I checked in on the computer to earn points. They have a nice selection of nail polish but not a whole lot of OPI, which is my preferred brand. I was sat pretty quickly but took awhile for the attendant to come over. It was a little awkward because she had to set up the liner, water and her supplies. I had to throw my legs in different ways for her to get the liner around. I had to laugh at that. I would have preferred to wait in the lobby so she could have sat up the station. She had sterilized tools which I appreciated. The chair massager is lacking. I could hardly feel the manipulations and auto/tried a lot of different settings. They did offer basic drinks and I got a Coke. They added a straw, which was nice touch. She worked hard on my feet but it hurt when it shouldn't have. The way she gripped my toes/foot was painful, even when she applied the polish. She was doing her best to take care of me. I did the basic spa pedicure. She did a nice job providing the massage. Hot towel given. After leaving I took a picture of my feet after I noticed my fingernails being stained/sloppy. I'm quite disappointed w the finial outcome. I was handed off to another attendant for my manicure. She had her station set up and ready. She removed my Gel polish while I was having my pedicure finished. I appreciated that to save time. It was a quick basic manicure w little to none massage. She left half of the lotion in the saucer. Sad. She had new supplies but used a common nail head for the polisher, buffer and brush to remove excess polish. I wasn't happy with tat at all. She polished, cleaned and sat me at the table w small fan. No one came to let me know when to leave. I have had enough manicures to have an idea but it would have been a nice touch. Both of the attendants wore masks which was appreciated but of course w masks, it was hard to hear what they were saying. Both ladies were friendly. I would have left and left it on "my list of in the area" but after getting into in the car and seeing what the end result actually is, it is in the list of "No Return". It is with a sad heart that I leave today. I've always had amazing service and great nails here. However, this is the 2nd time in a row that I am leaving unhappy with my color. I have a specific palette that I and last time my nails were light lavender instead of pink DND 108. I thought I had forgotten or wrote down the wrong # so I went without saying anything other than this seems too light. Today I lay the palette on my nails and confirm I want pink DND 108 which is a very different color. Halfway through, I noticed it looks exactly the same shade of lavender. I ask and they confirmed this is DND 108 on the jar. On checkout I had to double check and it is 1000% 5 shades different even another customer was like wow. Ugh, I'm so bummed. I hate this color! I just wasted $70. They offered to redo but I live an hour away and do not have time today. I was told they just did inventory but would tell managers. I feel like I should be able to come back another day for a color change at the very least! So frustrated and trying not to cry. (Emotional day already) read more

Review from a first time male customer: I admit I'm not the target audience. But my wife wanted to go we did. The wait wasn't long at all on a Friday dinner time. I was told that the weekend is killer though. Sitting in the massage chair was something I didn't expect. I messed with the controls the whole time and only found out late that the best one is auto. Pro tip: just do auto. ;) First the cut: I wasn't impressed. I admit that I cut my nails tighter. I ended up with some square toes and some round ones. Uneven. I had to fix them later at home. I noticed that other people, usually ladies, got leg massages. I got fist pounding on my calves. Like knocking on a door. No massage of feet or legs. I was unimpressed to say the least. I did like that the bowl had a disposable plastic shield. I hope that all the tools did. My wife said they did. So crossing my fingers. It wasn't a bad experience. I just don't get the price for what I got. Maybe a better massage would have made a difference. Not sure. I could just clip my own nails. read more

As much as I wanted to rate this place 5 stars, really they just failed to impress. The decor is nice and has a modern setup but after a visit today with me and my buddy, the whole trip was less than satisfactory. For starters, I don't mind paying $25 for a basic manicure or even $39 for an upgraded pedicure (which we both got along with a manicure) but when you receive a "wine" glass which is really a plastic cup the size of a 2 oz shot, I already knew we were in a stunt queen nail bar. Both the pedicure and manicure were nothing short of basic and the nail techs seemed rather annoyed by us showing up at 6:45 when they close at 8pm. I usually make the 30 minute drive to a Franklin location and even in that high end setting, the treatment is much better and at least a few dollars cheaper. I will not be a returning customer and they just didn't appeal to me. I'll stick to my Franklin location. Sorry guys. read more

I love Vogue Nail Bar. I've been coming to this place for several months. The interior is always clean and people are always friendly. Sometimes when they are busy you have a wait but that's to be expected. When you don't make an appointment. I have only gotten a dip color change and have not purchased any other services. I've seen the same person with the exception of today. Todays visit was the fastest and the result definitely showed the quality of work. I wish I had pictures of previous nail appointments because they were amazing. Today just rubbed me the wrong way. Normally no matter where you go the process of dip is the same. It was today sorta. The removal of my previous color was not all the way removed so it was lifting on the sides. The technician proceeded to place the base coat even after watching me peel it off on one finger. The dip was placed very thick no biggie depending on the technician's skills with a drill it's more of a waste of product and more time consuming filing. Sure enough she went crazy filing to where the shape was not the shape I came with but a fat over shaped almond. ‍. No hand wash she told me at the end. Then while placing final clear coat polish her applicator brush left a deposit she scraped it with her finger nail and it made a depression and it's now rough on two nails. One nail she didn't remove and just painted over it. The sides of my nails are fused to the skin. See photos of all of this. I hate complaining while there because technicians usually get annoyed so I just leave and find another salon. Plus I did not have time to stay. I thought about returning tomorrow, but honestly it won't do anything. They don't care no salons do unfortunately. I gave them a benefit of a doubt and when I went back I had Linda do my nails. She gave me a pedicure and like like straight the calluses off my foot to where she cut me She drilled my nail so thin that they were like paper not to mention that she cut all my fingernails so short after I told her I didn't want them short I just wanted them shaped up and I definitely do not recommend this place at all! read more

I've never written a review in my life, but my experience was AWFUL here and I wanted to try to save someone from making the same mistake. I came here in the beginning of December and had a pretty good experience but last time that was NOT the case. My nail tech told me I was "high maintenance" because I asked her opinion on a nail color, then said "they aren't my nails they're yours." She proceeded to cut my cuticles TWICE with the drill, which made them bleed.. a lot, so much so you can see the blood on my white nails.. "oops" was her only response to that. My nails have never looked this bad. Extremely chunky, the shape isn't the same on any of my nails, neither is the length. The white turned yellow almost immediately. To top it all off, I got charged $75 for simple dip, last time I paid $45. Will NEVER return. read more

Excellent atmosphere, really neat place to get your nails done! Receptionist was very inviting but they have one bad apple. The technician named Tony was very rough with my feet. When he was pushing my cuticles back he kept hurting me even after I flinched several times he continued. Most places I have ever been usually does at least two applications of top coat/ clear coat and he only did one. As a result it was only 8 days before it started peeling and chipping off. read more

I arrived at as a walk in at 7pm in a Friday I didn't leave until 9pm. I went in for a fill and a color change. I was seated at the back table to wait. I waited for about 15 min until the courteous tech came to the table. He started to remove the gel with the drill, nipping my cuticle in the process. He then proceeded to tell me that my old set needed removed, instead of fixing the 2 fingers that were lifting. He then cut my natural nails down fully and soaked what was left to remove the acrylic. After a 20 min wait he returned and still used the drill to remove it. The new set was put on and shaped decent. I did have him cut them a little shorter than I usually do to avoid some of the length when I get my next fill, wherever that maybe. The acrylic doesn't go to my cuticles. I had them done last night and they look like they're a week old. The under side of my nails are so full of glue and acrylic that I can't touch my actual finger. When he was attempting to "clean up" the under side he again burnt my finger. He did nothing around my cuticles to clean up my nails. I'd only imagine that would be an additional up charge. This was my first and last visit here. I came in because they had the best review for the timeframe I needed. I paid a premium price for subpar results. read more

I went in yesterday after I broke a nail. I only went here as it was the only option even after my last bad experience with being cut on every finger. Upon arriving I informed the lady at the desk that I had dip or SNS and that I broke a nail. I also informed her that these are all my nails with just an overlay of the dip. I told her I wanted to get something else possible gel or normal acrylic but wanted to see the state of my broken nail first. My nails were soaked to get the dip off and a lady comes I explain everything and she begins to roughly rub the dip which caused two nails to break as my nails are thin. She says she will put a tip on them which I said ok. She proceeds to put tips that are way to large for my nail bed. I put this out to her and she says it will change once filed. She puts the acrylic on and there is an extremely large amount of excess acrylic under my nails and the shape is horrible. Not only did the filing not get the tips to look uniform with my nails but the lengths are not even close to the same. I was not happy and it was visible but I paid and left after sitting there for almost 3 hours. I have frequented this shop previously and usually Vincent or Susan are there but neither happened to be in yesterday. I am very disappointed and paid far too much for nothing. I would like a refund so I can go somewhere else that will do the job properly. read more
