I came in for builder gel and asked the older gentleman to trim my cuticles which was a $10 up charge on the already $60 gel builder. He soaked my fingers in warm water for a very short period of time with no cuticle softener, did not push my cuticles back, then proceeded to excessively cut away my cuticles, making them bleed. As if that wasn't bad enough, after applying the builder gel, he very roughly filed them all the way down and took a very fast and aggressive drill to them making them bleed, even more. I told him twice that he had gone too far and he didn't really even acknowledge me. But I know he was aware because when he was all done, he added some light blue stuff to make them stop bleeding which made them hurt even more. All of the other times I've ever gone to the salon. They have done a great job so if I return, I will definitely make sure it is not to the older gentleman. read more

I've gone there for the last 6 months and for the price things were okay. They aren't great and if you're looking to relax (forget it)! I'm stressed enough with my job and this place always crowded. I went Thursday this week and signed in. The 2 women which I'd never seen ignored me...didn't even say hello. I waited 15 minutes and they still hadn't asked what I was there for. I took my 2 daughters to get pedicures, one of them was celebrating her birthday. Their pedicures were great, however mine was not good. I paid for a $45 pedicure with gel, unfortunately the quality of the polish application was not good. My nails were not completely painted, leaving an outline of nail all the way around not painted. Also, there is no shine- there was no shine upon completion of my service. I attempted to explain this while checking out (paying $140 for our services), however they did not seem to understand. I didn't have time to continue trying to explain or even try to have them fix them. Would give zero if I could. This place is crazy! Woman who did my husband's pedi was saying such crazy inappropriate stuff about her teen daughter. How her daughter's having sex and so she tells her not to have sex, just have her boyfriend use his finger. Wtf!! Then asking about where we lived, what my husband did for a living, how much money did he make. The man that did my daughter's pedi cut her toe, used one of those cheese grater things on her, which she kept saying No, stop! And I'm pretty sure it's illegal to use those cheese grater tools anyhow. He also didn't paint her toenails all the way. One of her pinky toes is almost all the way unpainted. This was absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever received. I paid for the deluxe pedicure, and the only service I got was lotion on my legs and hot towels. My toenails were clipped crooked, they were not filed, my calluses were not scrubbed, the polish was patchy and poorly done, with residual being left on my skin. I walked out with my feet almost looking worse than when I walked in. Please do not waste your money on this establishment, as they clearly do not care how well they do as long as they get paid. read more

Milano Nail Spa is beautiful clean and very impressive. I get a Mani pedi with Erik. Excellent every time. He is very talented and can even paint a design on your nails with a small brush. I get the royal pedicure, which includes the salt scrub. He gives an excellent massage to your legs and feet highly recommended. I get acrylic nails with gel nail polish, and it lasts more than three weeks. So very worth the money. read more

so many things went wrong at my nail appointment I don't know where to begin. the nail tech did not soak off my previous acrylic and tried to rip them off of my nail instead, then he never once sprayed my nails with alcohol to clean them. he also did no nail prep before applying the tip. and he did have me wash my hands at all during the process , also did not use a base coat on my nails before the gel polish. did not ask me what shape I wanted either he assumed I wanted square and that is what I got. very disappointed with this business.
