Jolie was amazing and very informative about the removal process and gave my tips about what options I had for getting a new full set. After seeing Jolie I went to Aya to apply my full set. If I was able to give them no stars I would. There was nothing amazing about my services. In 3days all of my lashes were off as if water was used to put them on. I contacted the location and no one was able to help. Let's not mention I have or was supposed to have a membership that charges you even when techs are not available because they call out and the front desk doesn't have availability for times and dates you need. Front desk personnel does not have a clue what is going on. They do not handle issues all. All I get is I'll let Linsey the manager know. None of my issues were documented and I have never received a follow up from the manager or anyone. Yet they will still try and charge me after I have signed documents stating I want it canceled. I came up here today and did the same thing and nothing was documented I didn't even get a business card. Receptionist didn't document anything and said oh I'll tell the manager and she's not here now. I will never return and will let everyone I know to never go to any less than Amazing Lash establishment. 0stars across the board! read more

I booked an appointment with a specific tech to get my lashes done for my trip. I had done a lot of research and saw she had a lot of great reviews, so I wanted her to do my lashes. I arrive at the studio and check in, and they bring me to another tech. Meanwhile they don't tell me I'll be with someone else, or why I'm with someone other than who I booked at all. I wouldn't have known if I didn't ask her. So, this already made me slightly uncomfortable. But, I decided to give it a shot anyways. Then, I'm explaining the look I want and showing pictures that I got and she completely ignores me and says she can't do that because they don't have that type of lashes. But, the examples I was showing her were pictures the company and customers from that location had posted. So she does my lashes, and she takes her time on my right eye, but my left eye felt completely rushed. The glue was dried white on the extensions when she told me to open and they fell off almost immediately of me leaving the studio, then she filled in my right side more than my left so the lashes don't look the same. She also had some of the lashes on my eyelid sticking into my eye when she finished causing my eye to hurt and be irritated, something that was not happening with my extensions on my right eye. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and wanted a refund, so I called the receptionist explaining what happened and my frustration and how I wanted them removed and all she asked was "I'm assuming you want to cancel your appointment next week for a fill" I said yes, and go ahead and cancel my membership too. And asked when can I come in to take off these lashes. She replied it would cost $35 for removal even though the tech messed up the lashes and I'm getting them taken off because they are irritating my eye. I told her I'll just go somewhere else at that point, because I didn't want them to get any more of my money. Overall, I am very unhappy and frustrated with the service provided and I will not be returning, nor will I be referring my friends. read more

These people with amazing lash franchise will pull your lashes out every time! I have tried multiple locations and same thing! This location can care less about the condition of your lashes. I called to advise that I don't think the condition of my lashes can withstand a refill at this time and was told that I would be charged a cancellation fee. I then stated I can come in and let the last tech look at them and we can go from there and she stated that if the lash tech states that I should not get the refill that I would still be charged. This Not to mention that there's a ton of upcharges when the service is standard. There's an upcharge for length, volume and for the stylist to know what she's doing. This place is so money hungry that customer service goes out the window. They are so blinded by these cookie cutter rules for every situation that they are not thinking from a business standpoint. These people are not taught to think about the bigger picture of having a consistent client and working things out. When I go there I pay upcharges plus tips and the service is of a normal caliber. I agree with Sierra's S' latest review on May 29, 2019. I received the same unprofessional treatment from Tiffany. She was extremely rude when I called to say I wasn't satisfied with my lashes. I told her that my lashes didn't look like the picture I showed the lash tech. As a solution, she said I would need to come in and pay for a touch up?????? What kind of a response if that? I told her that I wasn't satisfied and I didn't feel I needed to pay for an additional lash session. She was adamant and said this was my only option. I decided to cancel my membership because of her. Also, when I went in to cancel my membership, I was appalled by the treatment I received from her and a few other associates. One of the girls said "How sad" after I requested my cancellation form. Overall, I had a horrible experience. There are other lash studios in the area that have exemplary service. Don't waste your time with this place! Amazing Lash Studio- there is no need for a response. Here is the solution....you need a new manager and need to review customer service etiquette. read more

I normally go to the river oaks location but they were having some issues so I was recommended to go to the Pearland Pkwy location. My lash info was transferred to Pearland location and I didn't have a lot of fallout from my previous refill so I thought I shouldn't be so upset about being transferred. The stylist even verbally confirmed with me about my lash preference. 15 length, thin and double. I thought she would do a great job but it turned out terrible! My lashes looked limp and nowhere close to full. They weren't even curly like I normally get them. They just look sad and I've been getting my lashes done for 3 years and I've never seen them look that bad after a refill. The stylist didn't know how to speak English very well and I felt uncomfortable talking to her. I was also in a rush for a meeting so I was going to wait till after my meeting to call the front desk and let them know. When I called and told the front desk associate she was so rude and unprofessional. She made me sound dumb and that really annoyed me. She told my my problem won't have a solution. That was really annoying. So I called the next day again and spoke to another girl and she was much nicer. I came in today to get them fixed and they still aren't perfect but much better than the first time so they are capable of being fixed. The first girl just didn't care enough to help. I would give this one star but I'm only giving this 2 stars because the stylist who fixed my lashes was very accommodating. read more

I had a recent horrible experience with this Amazing Lash Studio. I went in to have my lashes done on Saturday December 22. I went through what I assumed was the normal protocol, and left paying $94.99. I left the country for the Christmas holiday, and called the store on December 29 to inform them that my lashes were defective and I needed them corrected or removed, as they were clumped up and looked very sloppy, and were misplaced and poking my eyes. The rep who I spoke to, Courtney, advised that there was nothing that could be done as I had exceeded the 3 day "repair" threshold which I was never informed about during my appointment. I demanded to speak with a manager, but was given many excuses why I could not speak with her. Frustrated, I demanded that I be seen to remove the lashes and have my money refunded. Courtney put me on hold and apparently called the manager. When she returned, she advised that the lashes could be removed, but I would only be refunded half of my money because I exceeded the 3 day threshold. This infuriated me, and I demanded to speak to the manager. Courtney again tried to deflect my request, but I was adamant. She finally partially relented and said she would have the manager, Christine, call me. I proceeded to asked her if she would be calling me within the hour, and she said that Christine would call me at her convenience. I then requested a corporate number, and Courtney again evaded giving me a direct answer. Today is January 3, and I still not heard from the manager Christine! I am really disgusted with how Amazing Lash Studio employees conduct themselves, and their utter disregard for customer service. This is ridiculous. I am extremely upset at this moment. Be very careful about which credit card you use to keep on file. The studio drafted my account incorrectly on the wrong date! When I called them regarding the error they immediately reversed the charge, it was too late however; my account was still negatively affected. This was in yesterday and the reversal has not shown up costing me 2 nsf fees. I was told it would be 5-7 business days before my money was back in my account. Needless to say I'm cancelling my appointment for this week and suspending my account until further notice. They offered nothing in the way of an apology or compensation or anything. read more

She was extremely rude and refused to look into the lash history to see what lash style I previously had . She told me "she did not have time " ( which was funny because she was the one late for the appointment to begin with) I felt so uncomfortable with her attitude that I did not even begin the service. So I have been getting my lashes done for a good 3 years and, back story, someone at another location caused my lashes to fall out by attaching multiple of my natural lashes to one extensions and I had holes in my lashes for 6 months so, moving along, I always check to make sure they are attached to one lash and not multiple. Well on the 30th, I went in to get a refill with a SENIOR stylist and she took about 30 mins to do my lashes. Didn't even take 45 or the full time. completely lazy. I already know before getting up something is wrong. I look in the mirror, and what do you know, multiple of my natural lashes are stuck to one extension. I tell her and she says that "it's my baby hair lashes" like no hunny, I don't have just 6 lashes on the inside of my eye. So she "fixed" it and I check again and still looks the same, this all happened within the 1 hour I was suppose to get a full fill. I go outside and proceed to let the front know, and they schedule me for a fix, by the next day my lashes are hurting and I couldn't sleep. So I go in to get them fix and this girl tried her best, she is definitely an amazing stylist but just could only do so much. So she tries to separate my lashes the best she could, so there is no blame on her part at all. Well it's now Jan 3rd and I had to get someone to remove my lashes because I have another hole in the middle and wasn't going to wait for more. This place is horrid and should re-evaluate a SENIOR stylist. Big jokes. read more

Joli is amazing and worked with me on length and thickness because my little lashes are so tiny. They are amazing! After the first time they started coming off within 2 weeks I waited till my next appointment then after that one they started coming off again after 2 weeks and I went back to see if maybe they needed to put more glue on to keep the remaining on. Do to my thin lash they set me up with smaller lashes and I was charged a touch up fee. Anna was the senior lash lady and she was amazing. They stayed on longer but when my appointment was made the next time, I was not informed about being charged on top of my draft for coming in early because I didn't know I was early. I'm disappointed by all the rules to your policies that take more money and give back so little. I don't want to deal with drafted money and then having to pay extra because I came in 6 days before my draft which was on the other side of a weekend. I became a member in June at the 288 location, once this location opened I came here. Everything was going well until December when I got a fill 5 days before my draft and they charged me. When I questioned it I was told that my contract states that if I get a fill 5 days before my draft then I will get charged twice that month. I was never told this so I said I wanted to cancel my membership. They said I had to go to Shadow Creek to cancel because that is where I signed up originally. A few days later I drove to the Shadow Creek location to cancel my membership. I spoke to the girl at the reception area and explained my issues, she was very understanding and went to get the manager. The manager comes out and asks me what I need. I told her I didn't ask to see her, I just came in to cancel my membership. She basically told me that I should have read my contract better. Anytime there is an issue with customer service you are told about your contract but when you join all you are told is that you can cancel at anytime without any issues; you are not told the specifics of the contract. So, I cancelled my contract on December 29. I went in on January 18 as I was still owed a refill from December. In January, the automatic debit was charged to my credit card so I went in on February 8 for that refill. Anna has always been my stylist from the first time I came to this location. She is great, I have no issues with Anna. She suggested I wait about 6 weeks, let all these lashes fall off and then start again. I decided that I would give them another try. So when I left I asked the girl at the front desk about starting over in a couple of months, she told me my first set would be $250.00. So when 3 different employees tried to talk me out of cancelling, not one of them mentioned what it would cost to start again. So, of course, I said no, I cant do that, and left (there are other places to get eyelashes for much less than $250.00). Two days later I see a $10 charge on my credit card. I call and ask what it is for and I am told that Anna is now a Master Stylist and gets more money. No one told me this. I have used Anna for 7 months and she wasn't a master stylist. She wasn't a master stylist when i made my appointment. Evidentially, she just became a Master Stylist and no one bothered to tell me. Of course, I was told what my contract states about Master Stylists...... I'm aware of the upcharge for a master stylist, which is why I NEVER use one. The contract does not state that you can charge an upcharge without informing the client but all the employees are trained to say it " your contract.......". Anna is great and I love having eyelash extensions but Amazing Lash must think that they are the only eyelash studio in Pearland. Their customer service is sorely lacking. read more

Not only is this location clean and beautiful, but the staff is so accommodating and friendly. They even offered me water as I waited. First time getting lashes so I was a bit nervous, but that all went away quickly. I was so relaxed I feel asleep haha. I woke up with lashes I've only dreamed of! I was told about how to take care of my lashes, so they will last longer and save me money. I will definitely be back and recommend everyone to Amazing Lash Studio Pearland Parkway! read more
