Mikaela did my lashes and she is a magician! She took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I chose the "gorgeous" lashes option and I so SO happy with the results! In the past, my lashes have always lasted around 6 weeks - that's longer than they advertise, but I also take a lot of care to not run my eyes. When I tried to use the gift cards, I was told they would not be honored, with no exceptions and no grace period. While I understand that ownership changes happen, it's incredibly frustrating that a business could purchase an existing business, and would refuse to stand behind purchases made just weeks prior. There was no communication, no transition period, and no effort to make things right for customers who supported the business in good faith. The new owners stated that the other Milano locations would honor the gift cards - that is not true. All are independently owned. At a minimum, a short grace period would have shown respect for loyal and LOCAL customers. Instead, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of and unlikely to return.

I had a membership for two credits a month until I canceled in December. I hadn't even used up all five credits, and it hadn't even been ninety days, but today they told me that I owed them $109.99 and called the police on me after I told them I wanted to talk to the manager ANA tomorrow. They could not produce the cancellation papers and ANA kept telling me I didn't have five credits. This business has shady practices. If you decide to risk being a customer, always ask for copies of any paperwork you sign, and always have your credits in writing if you decide to do the membership. I ended up paying the $109.99, but I will never come back to this business. They lost a good customer because they can't keep track of customers' paperwork or credits, and on top of it, called the police on me when they didn't give me all the credits I was due. I feel bad for my lash stylist who got caught in the middle. But I don't feel bad walking away from the bad business practices and the poor customer service. Just don't come here. Don't let them tell you lies and call the police on you when you try to stand up for yourself.
