It was easy to use and sign in. As soon as I was done, I was told to sit in a pedicure chair. A gentleman was assigned to give me a pedicure and he did a good job, but I wish he would have massaged my legs and feet a bit harder. When it was as time to get my nails done, I had a lady who was kind and funny. I really liked the way she did my nails and would check in to make sure I was liking her service. I really liked my experience here!

I asked her why she didn't give me the courtesy of letting me know she is working on another client and she said it goes both ways and that I should have asked her. Yes we had a misunderstanding of what I needed done but I was able to let her know a few mins after she started doing my nails. All she had to let me know was that she won't be able to do my nails since her "appointment" had arrived but NO she walked away and just left me waiting. She had the nerve to go back and forth with me as if me asking for clarity was out of line.
