Did a walk in and when her appointment arrived she left me and went to do her nails without saying anything to me. 20 mins later I asked for someone else to do my nails and they said there's no one else to do my nails. I asked her why she didn't give me the courtesy of letting me know she is working on another client and she said it goes both ways and that I should have asked her. Yes we had a misunderstanding of what I needed done but I was able to let her know a few mins after she started doing my nails. All she had to let me know was that she won't be able to do my nails since her "appointment" had arrived but NO she walked away and just left me waiting. My Bestie and I went in for a deluxe pedi and it was far from it. Steps were missed, heck they didn't even exfoliate my friend feet they did not use any callous remover on my feet and it was pretty painful not pleasant at all horrible leg massages and the hot rags they laid on top of my legs versus wrapping them, and still had to pay $64 plus tip. Went in for a full set and a pedicure. Pedi was awesome! But my nails only lasted for a week before they were pulling up at the ends and falling off. I'm currently on bed rest waiting for my son to come. So there's nothing I'm doing to make them fall off. I went to this nail salon because it's the closest near me despite seeing the two star review, the first time I went there was right when it opened and despite saying that it was open online nobody was there and the place was closed, I waited 15 minutes and still no one showed up. Being that Covid is still issue they do not require people to wash their hands before working on the clients, I ended up having to take my acrylic nails off because I felt irritation and of course underneath my acrylic nails I find a bacteria infection. read more

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Not only did they stuff paper towels in between my toes to do my nails. They were unprofessional dirty and the owner talked about her clients to her other clients. As a nurse cleanly Ness hygiene is very important to me this place was dirty no one wash their hands and this is the first time I never left a tip for service. Disappointed that I arrived at 10 AM for a pedicure and soak off and it's now 11:30 and I have only recieved the pedicure. It should never take 1.5 hours to do a pedi. My nail tech was very sweet though. The team is very unorganized. Once my pedicure was over, I would have had to wait until after one of the nail techs were done with the ladies who had come in after me to soak my nails off. How is that fair? So I paid and left. Then to put the icing on the cake, they didn't have flip flops so now my pedi is going to be messed up because I need to put on my shoes. Absolutely horrible experience. I made an appointment for my daughter and I to have a manicure together. When we arrived, they stated that they could not seat us together even though the receptionist assured us we could. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to my nail technician, she got quite an attitude and then proceeded to cut me twice drawing blood each time. The shape of my nails are very uneven. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I was absolutely satisfied. My sister also went with me to get a full set and asked the lady who did hers if she could also have a coffin shape, just short. My sister's nails did not turn out as well and could've been better because her middle finger nail looked much smaller than all her nails. Other than that, they look great. Great for eyebrows if you don't have an appointment and the staff is nice, but horrible if you have to make an appointment. I'm new to the area and came here to get my eyebrows done (which they did a great job). I saw they did lashes and I told them I wanted to get them done for my birthday in a few weeks. They showed me the prices. I then came in on my birthday to get them done and they told me I had to make an appointment (which would have been great if they mentioned that in the first place). I didn't complain and said okay I'll just get them done in two days, which was the earliest appointment they had and it was before the weekend. I'm new to town and this salon is just down the road from my house so I thought I would give them a try. I stopped in to get an eyebrow wax. The manger, who did the waxing, was very nice & after talking discovered we were both originally from NJ. I booked an appointment with her for later in the week. Arriving to my appointment I was told the wait was 30 mins or so regardless that I had an appointment I asked if I could get a pedicure while I waited. The woman who did the pedicure seemed to be guessing at what to do & repetitively hurt me & then ultimately cut me & I was bleeding. After almost an hour of torture she was done. While waiting I noticed that there was polish on my foot & most of my nails were crooked. The manager, that was supposed to do my nails , finally approached me. I tried quietly tried to tell her & show her my toes. She immediately became defensive & rudely asked what I wanted her to do. I asked to have someone else straighten the nails out & clean all the polish off my foot. Considering I came there for a relaxing pedicure that's the least they could do was fix them. I explained to the girl fixing my toes that I didn't know what to do when she was done because I was supposed to be getting my nails done. I thought being new to the state that perhaps I took it wrong the way the manager spoke to me & was willing to give her another chance, besides the fact that I REALLY needed my nails done!! The manager approached me asking if I was happy now & then said since I wasn't happy with my pedicure she didn't feel I wouldn't like my nails either, refused to do my nails & told me to go somewhere else!!
