I've been going to this salon for a year now.. I would recommend going a few times and finding the nail techs you like and then requesting them each time thereafter. I'll be one to tell you I've been seated with techs that didn't work out for me and I let them know. (I know I know...It's hard to speak up BUT it's better to speak up and say something then leave unhappy!) Out of the salons in the area, this one has the best mixture of nail techs with different specialties. Please note that if you are looking for a quiet Spa type atmosphere when you get your nails done, this is not the place as it's usually friendly and loud and talking AND BUSY. Very very busy! But if you are getting other services done, then it is quiet. I see a lot of reviews of feeling rushed.. These techs make money by the clients they get done.. I would recommend setting an appointment with your favorite tech and tipping them well.. Also, make sure you SPEAK UP if you feel like you were rushed and the services weren't performed properly. I went in there to get my lashes done & eye brows tinted with my friend , came in there our lashes were very itchy once we were done, I didnt see them clean a tweezer not once!!! then on top of that they charged me for 2 services I didn't ask for, they assumed i got my nails done there when i didn't... then charged me for a eyebrow wax I didn't ask for . the police was called on me because I only wanted to pay for what I asked for !! the manager lady was nasty and asked to press charges but didn't get her way so she got me banned , and yes i payed my bill still! read more

Well... I'll start off with the positives. I really enjoyed this salons atmosphere. It's quite large, clean and the staff is friendly. However, because of its size they try to accommodate as many clients as possible and I feel like the nail techs are required to do a rush job to get as many people in and out as possible and it gave me more of a "factory" feel rather than a relaxing spa. It was loud and very busy. I visited in February 2022 for a pedicure, eyebrow wax and a fill-in with some friends. Jennifer did my eyebrows and pedicure. She did a great job on both except she left a pretty nasty scratch under my eyebrow from the razor. I felt my manicure was overpriced and the nail tech did not inform me that she was using a colored acrylic for my fill in so I found out when I received my bill at the end. I had an excellent experience until my usual nail tech left. if I could put negative stars then I would. My nails now look ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They are lean and extremely bulky and the shape is so off. My nails look like they grew wisdom teeth overnight. I got cut and no efforts were made to clean it. Instead, the blood got mixed into the acrylic. It's so messy and this is the highest I have ever been charged. The nail tech was cool but his work is extremely bad. This looks even worse in real life. They fixed the nails for free but I will not be returning. read more

This used to be a great place but my recent experiences have been horrible. My pedicure was rushed & not completed. No products were put in my water even after me asking, water was cold like ice but when asked was corrected, massage rushed & towel burned my leg. Sissy helped & Jessica were pleasant but the spa experience was not good at all! Kim did not know how to do an overlay but was told to still paint my toes by Tina & someone else would do the two big toes. Even after being reminded she still rushed off. I tipped Sissy for being so nice but this has become a trend here! Went here based on all of the good reviews I saw but I was sorely disappointed. To start, the place was packed and very loud. Not what I want to experience when going to have a relaxing self care day. I had made an appointment but wasn't seen till over 30 minutes later and the whole process of getting a full set/manicure and pedicure took over 3 hours to complete. My pedicurist was fine but gave me a bit too much attitude when I politely declined her trying to upsell me on getting gel polish on my toes. The real problem began when the associate working on the persons toes next to me made me extremely uncomfortable. I am hard of hearing in one ear and because the place was loud, I couldn't hear a lot of what people were saying around me. The associate I mentioned said something to me and in order to hear, I had to cup my hands up to my ears to make sense of what they were saying. This person then told me "you look so idiotic right now" and laughed at me openly. So embarrassing. I then went to my manicurist and that was eh as well. I asked for oval nails but she gave me very pointy almond nails instead. I would've had her change it but there were signs posted that said they would charge extra for any changes made during the appointment so I just stayed quiet and left. I used to go to The Nail Lounge back in 2018 all the time. As of this month I will never go back. From the moment I left until I went back to get my nails "fixed" it was an awful experience. The lady at the front was very nice and accommodating. That's the only plus. I came in for a full set and a pedicure. With my pedicure, she seemed to have no experience. She only technically did one foot completely (skipped scrub, cuticle cutdown, etc on one foot). I also have acrylic on my big toe and she had no idea how to smooth it over. So she asked if I wanted a fill. I replied sure if I needed it. (When I came back to get it fixed because she applied to acrylic to close to the skin and my foot was starting to throb, she said I INSISTED ANS FORCED HER to do a fill on my toes...???) To add insult to injury she had no idea how to do a French pedi so I had to settle for what she did because I didn't feel like correcting her for a fourth time. My "soak off" and full set didn't go any better. I specifically requested a soak off so my natural nails wouldn't be damaged and she kept trying to pluck the nails off with another nail. I told her ro stop and asked for a soak off again. She drilled them down and left some of them residue from my old set on my nail and applied a new set on top. Less than even a week later and the nails were already lifting because it was applied incorrectly. She also didn't listen to what I wanted at all as far as shape and what not. Even when I came back to have my issues rectified, they did a sloppy job of fixing my concerns. I will not be back. read more

The salon was clean and huge. I've never been inside a salon where it had so many stations. Tiffany did my nails and not only was she fast, she did a great job and made my nails so smooth and even. It's too bad that I'm just visiting. I'm over 10 hours away :( But this would definitely be my spot if I lived close. Me and 5 of my family members came and they got us in and out. I was looking for a establishment that knew how to do a specific design. So I called ahead and explained exactly try what I was looking for and they told me they can do it for me. Gave me a number to send a pic to, and a how much it would cost....so when I got there they had everything ready for me once I sat down. TUAN did my nails and I can't be more happier the way they came out. He is a cool down to earth funny guy. I really enjoyed myself with him and again he is fantastic! Didn't make an appointment so when I went in, I asked how long it would be for a pedicure. I was told about 15 minutes. About 5 minutes later they were ready for me. Tony did my pedicure and did an excellent job! It was a very relaxing pedicure. I will definitely ask for Tony the next time. UPDATE- I went back about 3 weeks after this first visit and Tony was no longer there. The lady that did my pedicure the second trip back was ok. Only complaint was I was there first thing in the morning, there is a whole row of pedicure chairs and after they sat me in a chair they put the next lady in the chair right next to me. Seems like they could of at least left a chair empty in between us since they had plenty of chairs. read more

Honestly, I'm in town visiting. Not even in this town. We drove over 30 minutes passing many salons to get here. We called the day before to make an appt for Saturday at 10 am and the lady at first said no, then ended up bringing us in. I paid $196 for two gel manicures and two gel pedicures plus a 15% tip. Super disappointed. 7 HOURS after my manicure my nail polish is already chipping as well as my cuticles are looking so rough. My toes also look like complete shit. After spending over $200 at this place, 11/10 would not recommend. I wish I had said something at the time of service but everyone was so busy. read more

Today was my first experience at this salon. My nails were done by Amy. She was really nice and overall she did a good job. She did file into my skin on two fingers which hurt so bad, even now. The shape of my nails isn't really consistent either. However, I will be giving this salon another chance and just ask for one of the techs that was recommended to me. Had my nails done by Tuan, and I am super happy with the results! I don't get the opportunity to do my nails often, so having them done right is important. This is the place to go for nails! Update: I realized I never came back to update my review. My experience getting my nails done was great and I had given a 5 star review (above). However, when I returned to have the nails removed and get a clear polish before ending my vacation, my experience was a lot less enjoyable. When I had gotten the nails I asked how they are removed. It was my first time getting acrylics so I was new to the experience. I was told that they would soak them off for me when I came back. Well I came back to have them removed and that is not what happened. I had trouble communicating with the man removing my nails. He immediately cut and filed them off, often holding the electric filer in place for too long and hurting my nails (felt like they were burning!) Because he kept looking around and getting distracted. It was so painful I vowed to never get acrylics again, and to only paint my natural nails. Then after going through all that pain he wanted to insist on me getting color on my nails. I politely explained that I can't because of my job and that I just wanted a clear polish. He seemed irritated, I'm not sure he understood me and maybe took it the wrong way? Just an uncomfortable situation the whole time, and ruined my experience with this place. I'm giving it a 3 star rating because getting my nails done was a great experience, however I did not feel as welcome or as comfortable when I returned to have them removed.
