I've been going to this nail shop for about 6 months now. I love it. They honestly have several amazing techs to choose from. Tommy does my nails pedicure and I'm never disappointed. She's always honest with me and will tell me what looks good and make suggestions when I need it. Also, I love the overall vibe of the shop. They always offer refreshments and mimosas.

great customer service, average work. I didn't even realize how the work looked until I left bc the conversation was so good

Always friendly, clean, and busy. Even when they are slammed, your wait is short. All equipment seems to work. I always get dip-nails and regular pedicure.

I've been going to this salon for a year now.. I would recommend going a few times and finding the nail techs you like and then requesting them each time thereafter. I'll be one to tell you I've been seated with techs that didn't work out for me and I let them know. (I know I know...It's hard to speak up BUT it's better to speak up and say something then leave unhappy!) Out of the salons in the area, this one has the best mixture of nail techs with different specialties. Please note that if you are looking for a quiet Spa type atmosphere when you get your nails done, this is not the place as it's usually friendly and loud and talking AND BUSY. Very very busy! But if you are getting other services done, then it is quiet. I see a lot of reviews of feeling rushed.. These techs make money by the clients they get done.. I would recommend setting an appointment with your favorite tech and tipping them well.. Also, make sure you SPEAK UP if you feel like you were rushed and the services weren't performed properly. Trish will make sure you're taken care of. As always, K and Tay did a great job on my manicure and pedicure for NYE!

Well... I'll start off with the positives. I really enjoyed this salons atmosphere. It's quite large, clean and the staff is friendly. However, because of its size they try to accommodate as many clients as possible and I feel like the nail techs are required to do a rush job to get as many people in and out as possible and it gave me more of a "factory" feel rather than a relaxing spa. It was loud and very busy. I visited in February 2022 for a pedicure, eyebrow wax and a fill-in with some friends. Jennifer did my eyebrows and pedicure. She did a great job on both except she left a pretty nasty scratch under my eyebrow from the razor. I felt my manicure was overpriced and the nail tech did not inform me that she was using a colored acrylic for my fill in so I found out when I received my bill at the end. I'll try visit to again on a slower day and hope for a better experience.

First time in this salon and I am impressed. I needed a dip fill and Richard was my nail stylist for the day. He did an amazing job, providing a suggestion to go to an ombré style finish. The experience was great and cost was not more than other salons. I would definitely recommend!

I had an excellent experience until my usual nail tech left. if I could put negative stars then I would. My nails now look ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They are lean and extremely bulky and the shape is so off. My nails look like they grew wisdom teeth overnight. I got cut and no efforts were made to clean it. Instead, the blood got mixed into the acrylic. It's so messy and this is the highest I have ever been charged. The nail tech was cool but his work is extremely bad. This looks even worse in real life. They fixed the nails for free but I will not be returning.

Went here based on all of the good reviews I saw but I was sorely disappointed. To start, the place was packed and very loud. Not what I want to experience when going to have a relaxing self care day. I had made an appointment but wasn't seen till over 30 minutes later and the whole process of getting a full set/manicure and pedicure took over 3 hours to complete. My pedicurist was fine but gave me a bit too much attitude when I politely declined her trying to upsell me on getting gel polish on my toes. The real problem began when the associate working on the persons toes next to me made me extremely uncomfortable. I am hard of hearing in one ear and because the place was loud, I couldn't hear a lot of what people were saying around me. The associate I mentioned said something to me and in order to hear, I had to cup my hands up to my ears to make sense of what they were saying. This person then told me "you look so idiotic right now" and laughed at me openly. So embarrassing. I then went to my manicurist and that was eh as well. I asked for oval nails but she gave me very pointy almond nails instead. I would've had her change it but there were signs posted that said they would charge extra for any changes made during the appointment so I just stayed quiet and left. Would definitely not come back here

Asked for soak off and new set. She drilled SOME of the dip powder off and placed acrylic on top.

I used to go to The Nail Lounge back in 2018 all the time. As of this month I will never go back. From the moment I left until I went back to get my nails "fixed" it was an awful experience. The lady at the front was very nice and accommodating. That's the only plus. I came in for a full set and a pedicure. With my pedicure, she seemed to have no experience. She only technically did one foot completely (skipped scrub, cuticle cutdown, etc on one foot). I also have acrylic on my big toe and she had no idea how to smooth it over. So she asked if I wanted a fill. I replied sure if I needed it. (When I came back to get it fixed because she applied to acrylic to close to the skin and my foot was starting to throb, she said I INSISTED ANS FORCED HER to do a fill on my toes...???) To add insult to injury she had no idea how to do a French pedi so I had to settle for what she did because I didn't feel like correcting her for a fourth time. My "soak off" and full set didn't go any better. I specifically requested a soak off so my natural nails wouldn't be damaged and she kept trying to pluck the nails off with another nail. I told her ro stop and asked for a soak off again. She drilled them down and left some of them residue from my old set on my nail and applied a new set on top. Less than even a week later and the nails were already lifting because it was applied incorrectly. She also didn't listen to what I wanted at all as far as shape and what not. Even when I came back to have my issues rectified, they did a sloppy job of fixing my concerns. I will not be back.

I've been here serval time and always have a decent experience. They give the best pedicures - I always walk away with happy feet. It's obvious they're taking extra precautions with covid, which is a plus. The place is always busy! The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the place is really starting to show some wear - especially the pedicure chairs.

It's a nail farm. I've given them plenty of chances, but they continue to disappoint. Left with my nails uneven, not coated correctly. Had to go home and fix all the rough edges my manicurist left me with. My mom's pedicure was ok. Rude/attitude when you decline an upsale.

Since I moved to Savannah I've been going crazy trying to find the perfect nail tech and I found her hidden at Nail Lounge let me just say she is God send! Marie is absolutely the best! Every picture that I've shown her she has gotten my nails to look just like it! I'm so thankful to have her!

I took my wife here for a couples massage for her birthday. She has been to many spas before, so…read moreshe had a good sense of what to expect. The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the actual massage experience was somewhat underwhelming for both of us. In fact, certain areas felt more aggravated afterward rather than relaxed. My wife also mentioned that at most spas, there's usually a space to sit and unwind after your session, but here we felt like we had to remain in the lobby just to drink water, which took away from the overall experience. During my massage, something was placed over my eyes that I initially thought was a towel, but later found it was I believe was the cover of the head rest. My wife did not have anything placed over her eyes, so the experience seemed inconsistent. I did leave a tip, but overall, we're unsure if we would return. Seemed a bit overpriced for what we received

1 Star - Dangerous Negligence & Lack of Care My Background:…read moreI'm an internationally recognized spa industry trainer/consultant who trains spa owners worldwide. Former spa owner (15 years), published author of "Customer Service Is Not Rocket Science," and luxury travel specialist evaluating spas globally for high-end retreat guests. I literally train the industry on exceptional spa service. In all my years visiting/training spas worldwide, I have NEVER experienced this level of negligence or injury. What Happened: During my massage, I experienced a significant injury when the therapist inappropriately pulled my neck in an improper range of motion. Pain was immediate and severe. Most Alarming: Left Alone While Injured I was left on the table briefly paralyzed and unable to move. I stated this TWICE--that I could not move and was in severe pain. The owner never came to check on me. The therapist kept insisting I get ready for my next service. I struggled alone to get up, get dressed, and walk out in excruciating pain. When I reached the lobby barely able to move, the owner sat with arms crossed, showing no concern. She didn't introduce herself, didn't stand to address me, and treated the situation with complete indifference. Blame-Shifting Instead of Accountability Both therapist and owner repeatedly implied the injury was my fault--a pre-existing condition--despite: Never experienced this injury before Felt the exact moment of improper technique Intake paperwork noted no prior neck injuries This was clearly negligence, not pre-existing Complete Lack of Accountability After Injury: No accountability - Owner treated me like I was taking advantage, not as an injured paying customer Broken promises - Agreements to issue refund check were never honored No empathy - I incurred $500+ in medical expenses (doctor visits, co-pays, treatments, travel), owner showed zero concern Refund mishandling - After agreeing to issue check (my card was cancelled due to fraud alert from unknown charge from this spa), owner issued refund to cancelled card anyway without informing me Boundary violations - After requesting all communication via mail, owner disregarded this professional boundary Industry Expert Perspective: This Is Dangerous As someone who trains spa owners worldwide on safety protocols and duty of care: this establishment presents a serious safety risk. In my training programs, I teach what to do when clients are injured: Immediately check on them Offer assistance Show concern and empathy Take full responsibility Follow up to ensure wellbeing This spa did NONE of these things appropriately or timely. Instead, they left me alone, showed indifference, and blamed me for their employee's negligence. This spa would never qualify for my curated collective and represents everything I teach spa owners NOT to do. Awards Don't Equal Quality Service This spa has been voted "Best Day Spa in Pooler" multiple times, yet other reviews cite consistent customer service failures. As someone who trains spa owners on truly award-winning service: awards mean nothing without the fundamentals--safety, accountability, communication, and genuine care. Real excellence is how you treat people when something goes wrong. The One Bright Spot The only person who demonstrated professionalism and genuine customer service was front desk staff member Becky. She kept her word, followed through, and treated me with respect. She's the only reason this isn't zero stars. Bottom Line I attempted to resolve this privately with integrity. I'm a woman of faith who prayed about this situation and hoped to resolve it as fellow believers and businesswomen (I'd even patronized the owner's faith-based coffee shop). Unfortunately, I've been consistently disregarded, invalidated, and treated as an afterthought. I cannot recommend this spa. If something goes wrong--and based on other reviews, this isn't isolated--you'll be on your own. As someone who visits spas worldwide and trains the industry on excellence, there are far better options that value clients, prioritize safety, and understand basic customer service. As someone who has trained countless spa professionals worldwide and created industry standards: this is not just poor service--it's a dangerous failure of the most basic duty of care. Please be cautious if you choose to visit this establishment.
