These are only a few pictures I've got. I also have a video with the conversation I had with both Scott and his manager when they came out to look at the damage they did to my hardwood floors. As soon as they discovered that the damage on my hardwood floors would not be a quick and easy fix they told me they were not responsible for breakage or damage, which was on the contract. I believe they are still responsible for negligence, carelessness, or failure to follow industry standards. I believe from the conversations I had with them that their painters and drywall people are all subcontractors. As a general contractor I believe they are still responsible for damage. I've spoken to many professional painters and they tell me you never ever use masking tape. I have recently received a letter from Scott demanding a cease and desist on my review. He states that my statements are inaccurate and false. He is threatening legal action to recover damages of $5000 per day for everyday my review stays posted demanding I remove my review. Our company needed one of our larger training rooms painted as we are renovating the space for employee use. We called Amazing Painting Solutions and Thomas came out to give us a bid. He was extremely professional and because of unexpected rain informed us they could get the job done that day if we would like. Of course we said yes! The bid was very competitive with other bids we had received. They purchased all the paint, prepped the room, and had all painting done by the end of the day. The painters that were here were very kind to our staff and extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and even moved our furniture back. We never would have known they were here. Amazing Painting Solutions did an interior paint job for us earlier this month. This job was fairly extensive - a living room with vaulted ceilings, which led into the kitchen, an upstairs hallway, the lower level living room, and a hallway leading off of it. The crew had this job completed in 2.5 days - such diligent, hard workers! During the initial consultation with Scott, we learned that Amazing Painting Solutions had also done the exterior painting on our home only a few years earlier. The quality and newness of the exterior paint job was one of many things that attracted us to this home when we purchased it last fall, and finding out that Scott had done that work, it all made sense! Scott the boss, is very professional, kind, and helpful. He came over the same day that I called and gave an estimate to get the job done. The next day two of his best workers, Oscar and Luis, came to start the prep work and job. These guys really know what they're doing! They were on-time every single day, fixed areas needing repair, offered helpful suggestions, and most importantly worked quickly and thoroughly to complete the job properly. They're truly experienced painters and I'd recommend them to any family member or loved one if they're looking for high quality painters whom stick to their word and exceed expectations for workmanship. Scott and his team did a wonderful job painting the interior of my home. When I initially contacted Scott, he came out and gave me a detailed estimate which was priced well in comparison to other quotes I received. He informed me, he was booked for the next 6 months, which didn't work for my time table. He said he might be able to squeeze me in, between jobs as it was a "smaller" job. Sure enough, less than 2 months later, just after Thanksgiving, he contacted me and said he had an opening to help me with my project. I am so Very happy with the painting job that Amazing Painting Solutions provided! Victor, the lead painter, went the extra mile and did more than what the original quote called for! They were hard working even in this 94-degree heat, and they finished this job quickly to my satisfaction. This was an exterior job on our house and they were more than meticulous in covering plants, painting the smallest detail, and the clean-up was every night.
