I was painting the entire condo located in downtown Denver in a renovated industrial building - this equates to high ceilings, multiple textures of exposed walls and lots of exposed piping in the ceiling and top of walls. Josh who provided the initial estimate made good recommendation regarding paint sheen for the different surface types, and asked several questions about things I had not even thought of such as front and back colors for doors.. While we were only using three colors, due to the different sheens for concrete walls, wallboard, and door trim, we ended up with 7 different paints. Scheduling was easy and they helped accommodate our availability. When the painters came in to do the work they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand which paints were to be used where. They did an excellent job; multiple coats of paint for rooms that went from dark gray to a neutral taupe and caulked the floorboards where necessary and filled in scrapes and picture holes where we needed it. It does sometimes take a bit to get an estimate done, or work scheduled, but they show up and are respectful of the space and do really good work. We had a mostly good experience with Singletrack and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for painting. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because we had a few miscommunications about the start date. A date was selected and then a day or two before we were told the team needed one extra day to finish a job. So we were delayed. Then the new date approaches and again the night before we are told they can't make it. Finally they start the process and do great work but it took a bit longer than anticipated and there wasn't a lot of communication with me about when they would be finishing. I will 100% use them for the second half of our project. They are a great company and do excellent work with really quality results. They noticed an issue with the ceiling and addressed it right away (something was causing the paint not to stick). But my one suggestion would be to work on the communication with the homeowner. It was just annoying to have false starts and not all the communication. But really, they did great work. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Singletrack! Working with Drew and Andria was a pleasure....they both answered all questions immediately. They're also both super personable and fun to talk to. Our job wasn't a big one...We got new insulated steel garage doors for our 3 car garage. The doors arrived bright white, and per our HOA they need to painted a complementary color to the house (which is various shades of dark green). And we also had them repaint our front door. They don't usually do jobs this small, but were definitely willing to help us. If we were flexible enough to wait until they had a big job in our area, they were happy to do our small job on the same day, which was super cool. Their price was very reasonable, and the doors look gorgeous! They took a chip from another part of the house...and ran down to Sherwin Williams to get an exact color match to the chip. I can't say enough good things about Drew and his employees at Singletrack. On Monday, Oscar came out to power spray the whole exterior to prep it. Through no fault of his own, one of my exterior faucets froze and wouldn't shut off. It would have happened to me if I had been the one to use it. I mentioned it to Drew and he said he would fix it at no charge to me. He said he didn't want our first interaction to go negatively. He fixed it the next morning, free! The job his crew did was excellent and quick. They arrived on Tuesday morning at 5:45 and started taping and caulking and tapping in nails. Once the tapers finished one side of the house, the next guy started spraying. As soon as he got that side done, two more guys started painting the trim. They were done that afternoon! Drew came out a few days later and we walked around the house and identified a few touch ups. He took about 30 minutes to wrap it up.
