This is the second time we drive two hours to Lubbock to get our things and they are closed…read more We called yesterday to be able to get our belongings today and after the two hour drive to Lubbock it turns out they are closed even thought on their hours of operation it says they are opened today from 8am to 3pm. I called PODS again and the gave me the run around as usual and stating there was nothing they could do and no one they could call. I have to go visit my Dad in Chicago because he has cancer and now won't be able to get my things until next week and PODS will charge me yet another month.
