Windows and screens are sparkling clean. Sergio is a pleasure to deal with, prompt and very nice.

Three years in a row we hired window cleaning services, that once here, would not touch our high triangular windows or second floor skylights. As you can imagine, they were filthy. Sergio and Maria cleaned ALL of our windows which are now sparkling! In addition to the windows, Sergio also cleaned out the gutters, solar panels and removed years of accumulated moss from our roof. I had asked him to clean the railings on our upper deck. He threw in cleaning the deck itself. I wish we had hired him to also do the lower deck railings and floor. I didn't notice the difference until after they had taken off. (Check out the pictures to compare the before an after, assuming I can figure out a way to attach them to this review.) Amazing Window Washing prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be calling them next year, but plan to add the lower deck and power washing the cobwebs from the whole house. I don't usually go to such lengths endorsing companies, but this one deserves every accolade I can give it! read more

Our job was to power wash our decks, clean upstairs windows (2 story house), clean 3 sky lights and clear gutters. I called Sergio - he responded quickly, gave a reasonable quote, got an appointment in quickly for me two days later. I couldn't be happier with Sergio's (and assistant's) work. Sergio did exactly what I'd asked -- they cleaned up afterwards, his work is exemplorary and a very fair price. Our decks are probably 30 years old and had not been cleaned in 10 years. Sergio's power-washing brought the redwood back and the decks look wonderful, even without staining. I can now see through my skylights which look great again. This company is awesome. Sergio, the owner was the first to respond to my request and had the best price. Mind you, I inquired yesterday and he just finished cleaning my windows today. Can you say, "Wow" ? As a woman, I'm constantly keeping my eyes out for price gouging but didn't feel that way with his company. His wife also came with him for the appointment and did amazing as well. She cleans homes on the side, so it was very smart of her to market her skills. I will definitely consider her moving forward. I was also working from home at the time and they were quite as mice when cleaning! I've never been that relaxed other than having a massage!
