My only complaint is that when I spoke to Nancy to get a quote, she didn't tell me that they charge a $35 surcharge to drive to my house. It was only when I called back to book the service that I was told. It didn't feel good, after the initial quote. I would have preferred being told the quote as well as the travel surcharge at the onset.
