My gutters needed to be cleaned, and I wanted my home exterior washed. I talked with multiple contractors, and Jason won the contract. Other contractors wanted to perform the incorrect procedure. Jason did a great job cleaning the ash from my solar panels and went above and beyond cleaning my gutters. Even took off one of the drains to get the clog out. We had a bit of a snafu in the scheduling but Rob always followed up immediately, and never ghosted me. I've had that with other contractors so it was a pleasant surprise. My windows needed cleaning and some of them are old with hard water spots etc. When I accepted Jason's quote, he arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and did the best job I have ever had done on my windows, inside and out, including three skylights, screens, french doors, a patio sliding door, and the window trays at the bottom of the window. Found out that I had water running down the side of the front porch. I saw that there was a corner where the gutters weren't there, but decided to have it checked out anyway after my neighbor told me that it's probably clogged. Jason came within the hour after he picked up on my call on MLK day, climbed up the roof and took pictures, showed me the problem. I said that the price was ok and he scheduled me in the next morning when it was pouring outside and cleaned out my gutters for me. Now they are free of leaves. Today I had this wonderful company come out to our house in Hidden Valley Lake, Lake County, California. Jason Koch and his crew of 5 came out and were just great! They were efficient, professional and the windows now look superb! The best ever. I can't recommend them highly enough. They did inside and outside of all the windows, plus removed and cleaned the screens and all the tracks. When they left, everything was put back in place and there wasn't a streak anywhere. That must be because they use an ionized water cleaning for the outside windows. It completely removes all the sediment in the water so that it dries totally clear. Just wonderful. I earlier told you how great a job Jason and crew did on our initial window washing; I had them do another wash a few months ago, and when I arrived at the house (we live in DC and Napa), the windows looked spotty and not too clean. I mentioned this to Jason, but told him that it could have been that the landscapers had splashed them, or the big storm had left spots, and not to worry about it. Today, though, I got a text that said that he was coming by to clean them again! That was so nice, but I had to admit to him that I had pressure washed the patios around many of the windows so he should charge me. Jason and his guys did a terrific job on all the windows in our two story, 3000+ sq. ft. home. We're selling the house, and when our realtor suggested getting the windows cleaned, we had no idea what to expect. Jason responded promptly to my call (a relief as we were on a tight timeframe before an open house). He came out with his crew, gave us an initial estimate but was willing to negotiate to fit our budget (helpful when you have all those expenses related to moving and selling a home!), and then did a great job. Windows look gorgeous! I appreciated his crew's friendliness, professionalism and respect (I.e., the young men introduced themselves to me). Jason himself did great quality control, checking every window after it was done and having his guys occasionally redo due to a streak, etc. He was also friendly, and a very hard worker in his own right. Jason came by and serviced our gutters. He came in with a crew; they cleaned the gutters, serviced the downspouts, and then installed gutter covers to keep the leaves and needles out. Jason was always professional and courteous. He kept me informed of the costs so there were no surprises. He also shared some information on preventative maintenance. I read the reviews about absolute clear window washing company and was very excited I spoke with the owner , Jason , very pleasant and affable kind of guy He came as scheduled to my home with his assistant , to clean windows , window sills and window screens as agreed and was paid I didn't thoroughly inspect his work until the following day Later that evening , my daughter told and showed me her bent window screen The next day I checked all the windows..., 3 windows screen were seriously bent, window sills hadn't been cleaned. And a part of a window frame was broken Jason never disclosed the bent frames I called him and told him about the dirty sills, bent window frames He agreed to come back I shared with him my disappointment About the quality of work and loss of trust in him because he failed to tell me about the bent screens He cleaned the sills and offered to replace screens I declined .
