I was continuously told it had been sent, while the receiving pharmacy confirmed they never received anything. My calls and texts went ignored, and they would not even answer the receiving pharmacy's calls when they attempted to reach them directly. Only after persistent follow-up did the second pharmacy finally get through and discover the transfer had been sent to the wrong address. This was an error that could have been caught immediately had anyone bothered to verify the information after I reported the issue multiple times. Instead, I am going on an entire week without my medication while my condition worsens because no one took accountability or exercised basic diligence. The level of disregard for a patient's health is alarming. I will be filing formal complaints with OPD and every single relevant organization I can. My husband, who is African American, has been given the run around for the last few months with a back ordered medication from Meds. We've shared his story with other patients who are clients of Meds and his treatment is not consistent with their treatment. He is not an Upper East Sider as are the majority of their patients and he has been treated differently from this staff. I do not feel that I need to speak for him, until today when he made another (5 in total) follow up call to get the status of the back ordered medication and was abruptly hung up on when he pointed out a discrepancy in the back ordered dates. This young lady that he spoke with needs to be reprimanded for her actions. This incident happened on 3-12-26 at 1:30 pm. He did not get her name since they would not take his calls afterwards. We consider this a personal incident that may be attributed to his ethnicity. One never knows these days in today's political environment. Our colleagues and clients that use Meds have never had a problem with their customer service and the ones we spoke with also feel that this is personal as well. He has been hesitant to say anything about his experiences with Meds since he is not one for pointing out mistreatment. It is apparent that he is being mistreated by giving him the runaround in order to frustrate him so that he would go elsewhere. I've seen this tactic before. I am the vocal one and he does not know that I am writing this, but I am doing this on his behalf. This is unacceptable and unfortunate but needs to be called out. I hope that the owner Yuhan Ave sees this and takes corrective measures going forward. In the meantime, Meds will not have to worry about my husband stepping foot in their establishment. This is the only pharmacy that provides a compound prescription I need according to one of my doctors but I loathe coming here. Yes, I have tried the delivery option but BOTH TIMES they had my address wrong in the system and BOTH TIMES they gave the delivery driver the wrong apartment number in my building. When I corrected it with the pharmacy, the delivery service did not double check or update it on their end so they sent it to the wrong apartment unit again. I asked them to redeliver it to the correct unit and because the delivery driver didn't want to get in trouble and ask for a refill of the same prescription they refused. So now, I have to take off of work to go in during their very INCOVENIENT hours to argue in person with the counter. Nine times out of ten they don't speak up and they can't spell, it seems, because after giving my name and date of birth THREE TIMES they claim that they do not have me in the system. Today they asked me if I am new despite seeing me come in every single month. Then, when I finally got the prescription, the young woman snatched it back to me and said it needs to be mixed. Umm, I don't know what that means; do I need to mix it at home each time before applying it to my skin? Is it a solution that I shake? I stared at her, she stared back at me. I finally said, can you please explain? She said they need to mix it in the back on site at the pharmacy. So I had to spend even more time waiting. Hire and train competent staff. Be friendly. Update your system.

They are super efficient, caring and accommodating and I will never go anywhere else! Do yourself a favor and divorce yourself from the big box CVS, Walgreen's and Rite-Aids where you are just a number (and sometimes not even that) and call/visit Chelsea Royal Care. They have free same-day delivery (the delivery person is super nice and caring) and quick turnaround on items not in stock. I'm definitely a fan!

Delivery is top class and reliable. He knows my family and I am reassured of that. My entire family has been using Cherry's now for over 10 years for medication and even after leaving the neighborhood (and now over the summer when we are outside of Manhattan) we continue to use Cherry's because of the trust and care that we know we always get and received from them.
