There was not much to like. My wife was arranging for a Wahooptie vintage limo to drive us to…read morebreweries and wineries around Charlottesville. She tried calling about two weeks before. No one would answer the phone and the voice-mail reported as full. Per the web site she tried texting, no response. Eventually she found another telephone number, I think through Google. Eventually she got someone to take her credit card and schedule the event. We should have known this was not going to go well. At the scheduled pick up time, no limo. My wife goes back to calling, texting, etc., but no answer. Eventually she sends a text saying that we are going to assume they are not coming and we are moving on. About an hour after the scheduled pick up time, Wahooptie calls and says that they had a mechanical problem with the pink limo that was scheduled. They said that they could have a bus pick us up instead. We said that we had already changed our plans to a bar crawl, so no thanks. A reputable company would call BEFORE the pick up time to say that there was a problem. Funny enough, later that day we saw the pink limo sitting in a parking lot near our hotel, not in a garage. Must have had a good mechanic to finish it up late in the afternoon!

The other reviews are right about communication - It is hard to get someone on the phone because they don't have a dispatcher. I emailed and heard back the next day with great suggestions on how best to do the brewery tour. They quoted a price and were honest with no hidden fees. Chris was on time when he picked us up and was so helpful and nice. He made the tour hassle free and everyone had a great time. Overall, my experience with Wahooptie was great and I plan on using them again for summer winery tours.
