It was so wonderful to have door-to-door service and not have to worry about driving before/after a long 20 hr flight. We picked out three vineyards to go to and she suggested the best order to go to them during. We had a reservation at our first one, so we placed it first and then our driver was able to help us break up our time at the remaining two to stay within our time slot. It can be overwhelming to plan a bachelorette party for a group in a town you don't know, and Norm's Transportation took the stress out of that and went above and beyond to make sure it was as easy as possible for us to get around. This experience was great! Heather was AMAZING and super friendly. I know of only one vineyard I really wanted to see so she built us an itinerary around that vineyard. Our driver was extremely nice and flexible as we had to change pick up locations at the last minute. He was also very knowledgeable of the vineyards and the area's history. One thing I would recommend Norm's looking in to doing is calling ahead to the vineyards that require reservations. The very first vineyard did require a reservation and said we were not on the list. We were fine but had to find somewhere to sit that did not have service. We were kinda hoping to have service. Between me, my husband, and the driver, we ended up calling the last three vineyards on our own to see if we needed a reservation. The second and last didn't require one for our small party of two. The third one did if we wanted to sit outside but we found a table inside and were quite happy there. But all-in-all it was a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone. read more

We have used this business twice now. While the price has gone up slightly that is to be expected. Our driver was polite and knew the area quite well. The only downside was the speed of the vehicle. We hit 70+ plus on some of the roads which are very curvy. Amazing experience! I booked Norm's SUV for a group of four to visit 4 vineyards in 5 hours. The car was very spacious and clean. Our driver,Stacy,was awesome and picked us up from our hotel on time. We were able to visit all the wineries and relax without worrying about who was driving.
