When I called they told me they still didn't have any cars available but they had three cars coming in that need an oil changes and to call back in about an hour. So I did. The man on the phone told me that I was gonna be getting a Toyota Corolla and when I showed up he informed me that I wasn't getting the Corolla that I was getting a Nissan versa. All of it was super rushed because it was closer to the end of the day, but I was waiting for my brother to get off of work. I am from the West Coast so I didn't know how to get there any other way then to wait for my brother. When I got there, the man is very nice, which is the only reason that they are getting two stars and not one. But it seem like he was rushing everything. Even my car was still dirty. he also told me that the car was no smoking, on my way back to my brothers house I noticed that there was a really strong cigarette smoke smell, and every person that got into the car said the same thing. I tried to call about it before the store closed and no one answered, and then I called eight minutes after the store closed so I called the next day and the man that rented the car to me was off for the day so I informed the man that was working at the time that the car had a really strong cigarette smoke smell and all he had to say was "as long as there's no ashes in the car you won't be charged." So that tells me that anybody can be smoking in these cars and they don't care, as long as you don't leave ashes in there. I had the car for about three days and was charged almost $300! the military discount which I received was a joke, it wasn't even enough to fill the gas tank. And that says a lot because How cheap gas is in Virginia. I got the most basic car and I was charged just as much as I would have been driving a luxury vehicle! I don't think I will ever go to another enterprise again, I don't care if I have to wait three days before my brother can take me to get a car rental I don't care if I have to drive two hours to another car rental, enterprise will never have my business again. So unhappy with everything from start to finish.

My car battery died over the weekend and I had a huge presentation at work for which I needed to…read moreprepare on Monday morning. I called Drumheller's (they were the first to pop up in my search) and I asked to schedule a tow to a shop to put in a new battery. The lady on the phone informed me that one of her guys could come out first thing (7AM) and run a diagnostic check on the car to make sure it was just the battery. If it was, he could replace it right then and there! I called back in the morning at 6:15 and the guy was at our front door by 7AM. Sure enough, it was the battery! So he replaced it, ran my credit card, and I was only 30 minutes behind getting to work. Without Drumheller's I'm not sure how long it would have taken me to get everything taken care of this morning. I highly recommend them!!!

I had booked an intermediate and when I arrived at the counter, the gents offered me a choice: SUV or minivan. Do single travelers really choose minivans? So I opted for the SUV. It was a full size Ford Expedition with more than 32000 miles on the odometer. On the plus side, the car was clean and functional. It's just a hog to park and will probably be a rather expensive tank to fill up. It's a short walk from the rental desk to the lot. If it's raining, you are going to get wet.
