Veronica did a great job for us. We are going on our 50th anniversary which will leave in 3 weeks. I checked our passports and realized my wife's had expired and was old enough to require a new passport. Mine was fine but would expire while I was on the cruise. So, I needed to get mine renewed. In addition, our travel agent needed our passport numbers for the cruise. I had looked at the normal process of how to expedite a new and renewed passport doing it myself, but I didn't trust the process. I learned that Ambassador Passport & Visa Services were in California. but upon calling them, they informed me that they had an office in Denver. The CA office even set up an appointment with Veronica In Denver. She was terrific to work with and once we completed the paperwork and other docs, we received our passports in just a few days. in total, it was provably 7 days or less. I'm so glad to have worked with Veronica and Ambassador Passport and Visa Services. i can now enjoy preparing for this cruise. I needed a visa within two weeks and Veronica made that happen for me. This is my first Visa so I did not know what to do, but Veronica made that process very understandable and simple for me. She was very kind and patient with me and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. Veronica for the WIN!!! APV, literally, made our dreams come true when we thought all hope was lost. At the very last minute we realized one of our passports was expired (I know, I know...) and we had less than a week to go before our trip to Mexico, so we were scrambling to try and find anyone who could expedite it in less than 4 days. In comes Veronica. Imagine this: It's Friday at 4:45pm, all passport agency offices are closed or closing, we have to leave by the following Friday, and I'm calling every agency on the internet to try and pull off a miracle. I was met with NO after NO after NO after NO... I was about to completely give up and cancel our trip when a real person picked up the phone at APV and put me in contact with Veronica. She told us to get our butts over to her as fast as possible, AND WE DID LOL. We got there 20 minutes after the office closed for the weekend (she stayed for us!), gave her all our paperwork and filled out all the forms and waited for the miracle to happen: A delivery by Thursday, which was in FOUR business days and the day before our flight. We just finished packing, and now I'm sitting on the couch writing this review, absolutely elated that we didn't have to cancel our trip, and it was ALL because of the incredible team at APV. I have been using passport services for each time I get my passport renewed, it seems most in the Denver area has disappeared, I don't know why. I called ambassador passport and visa, I was quoted 210 government fees which is correct, but 600 dollars for their express service and more than 300 for the two week service. I have been using passport services since 1995 , and traveled around the world, 600 dollars is extortion, I'll use one in another state, at a fraction of the price read more

We used Ambassador Denver for Cambodian and Vietnamese visa's. While the visas were procured in a timely manner, we felt completely ripped off by the amount charged. Knowing now that you can get a Cambodian visa at the airport upon landing for about $30 and that other national providers will get you both visas for about $150- we felt horrible that Ambassador Denver charged $700 for the two visas ($1,400 total for my wife and me ). Be aware- you can get these visas for a fraction of the cost we were charged. read more

We needed a China visa within 8 business days. Veronica fit me in during her lunch hour on a Friday because it was so pressing. That evening, well after business hours, she called to say that we needed an additional document due to a name/gender change. I managed to track that down and email it to her on Monday morning. I called the following Monday, and she assured me that the LA Consulate knew our deadline, and was confident we would get it. Sure enough, we got our visa the very next day with one day to spare before we left. When finding out I would be traveling to China with only 2 weeks notice (including one week the government was on holiday), she calmly walked me through the steps in getting my Visa with knowledge, confidence, and fully transparent support about how the whole process would work. PLEASE just print your form online and go to the post office, it will save you so much time and money!!!!! I went ...despite the bad reviews because I called and they seemed nice and informative on the phone. The office was a little hard to find but the front desk ladies where friendly and kind which was refreshing. My appointment lady however.... oh my god that's where it all goes down hill. The lady was so rude and gross. She had a cut and was bleeding during our conversation and she was holding her nasty bloody napkin and my passport in the same . freaking . hand. After she confirmed she could help, she asks, and your aware of our prices? I mentioned the typical passport and expediting prices and she gave me the rudest look and said no, then proceeded to tell me it was could me $450? Like really, your kidding right? Yeah she can help me alright, help me take the money right out of my freaking pocket. What a scam. DONT GO HERE. I asked why and she blamed Covid and the crazy times. I call the B.S. flag. Do not use their services unless you are traveling within 2 weeks and absolutely have to. I ended up not requiring their services and they refused to refund my $450 because I didn't cancel within 24 hours of ordering service. They're shady and will have no qualms about pocketing your money. File direct with the post office instead. The post office may be slow but they're not evil. This place is terrible. There is a real passport hub in Aurora that is a government branch that can do it the same day.I wanted to take a friend of mine on vacation with me and I only had that day to get the paperwork in so he could have his passport expedited. I gave them $594 and they were supposed to write two checks for him to take to the post office so he can get his passport. But they combined the amounts the two checks were for in only one check and he was not able to get his passport. I had to cancel the flight and all of that cost me around $650, AND I had to go on my two weeks vacation alone. Since the flight was in his name, I can never even use that credit. So I gave them a call and asked if they sold passport protectors. So I came trying to find them at the address provided, and couldn't find he office. So I called back and they said that he office was only for passport drop off and that they didn't sell them. Wtf?! Wasted 30 minutes of my time on a busy and traffic filled day.
