I called them and the lady on the line told me they don't do legalization of documents, only visas. But the website says they do?

I didn't realize that it had to be valid for six months after return and we discovered this a little more than two weeks before departure. We got an appointment and had to fly to Denver to take care of this. The agency is in a really nice area heavy on office buildings. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to get his passport same day and enjoyed killing time at the outdoor art museum. Not at all what I was expecting. Very happy with the service and the ability to get this resolved before our trip. Oh and helpful tip. If you're flying in/out of Denver don't make your itinerary too tight. We fly in the night before and had a flight out the next evening. Since the same day passports are picked up at 2 I was glad we didn't schedule it too tight. There's plenty to do in the area while you wait and DEN is only about 30 mins away.

Came here recently because my passport just expired and I needed a new one due to a last minute…read moreinternational trip. I logged on the website was able to snag an appointment easily. On appointment day I arrived to the building and it was easy to find a parking spot. There was virtually no line and a few minutes wait just to do security. Once I was in I was able to drop off my papers with 15 minutes. I was in and out from starry to finish in under 30 minutes. I was so impressed! They are hardworking and efficient! Thank you to the team here for all that they do.

The short version: if I could give them negative stars, I would on every single level, including…read moreCustomer Service, follow-through of the task that they were paid to do, basic communication and common courtesy, and an insane amount of hidden fees. Read on for the highlights of my journey with these guys. I used Travel Visa Pro online to try to get a visa for myself and my husband to go to China to visit family (I was told that they do not have an office location in Denver). I started the process in the middle of April. I got passed along to at least three different visa agents during my 6 week journey including Arvin, Jenelle, and Lester. The entire process was laborious and long and exhausting. I tried to work with them for at least six weeks and during that time they had to redo the application at least twice because of significant errors on the application for example, mixing up my personal information with my husband's. I had to redo the application myself and sent it back to them for review. Lester, the office manager, committed to personally handling our application because of how unhappy we were with all the errors and the long process of it all. No one got back to me for at least a week. So I had to reach back out to them on several occasions, including multiple emails and phone calls. Finally, I was able to reach them by phone, but it was very challenging and we were put on hold for a very long time, and the gentleman who initially answered the phone refused to give us his name and hung up on us. To call Lester, the office manager, extraordinarily unhelpful is an understatement. When we confronted him about how unhappy we were with the Customer Service and the fact that we paid for the VIP service and they advertise a streamlined process, he did not claim responsibility or own up to any part of the application process, which to us felt like very poor leadership. For example, he said that he has been very busy and has been dealing with a lot of emails and that is why he has not been able to help us with our application for the last two weeks before we called him. We started this entire process in April when our trip was in July. Ultimately, I told him that if he didn't have the capacity to help us with her application that he never should've committed to helping us, which would've been fine if he just told us that earlier, when I sent him the first follow up email. Because I was very unhappy with the Customer Service I had asked for a refund which Lester denied. He ultimately passed us back over to Arvin. They asked for another chance at getting the application process right however, I thought that it was already at least six weeks, and I did not have the time to waste anymore because I had less than six months left to get our visa. Arvin understood where we were coming from and said that he will try his best to give us a refund for the VIP service that we had paid for. I am now writing this review one month later and I do not have that Concierge fee refunded to me. It may be of interest to know that they had asked me to pay $1,278 (in addition to the $200 Concierge fee). I could go on and on, but at the end of the day I canceled their services. I completed the application for myself and my husband on my own. We made a trip out to Chicago, we went to the Chinese consulate ourselves, we got the visa within three days. We paid the Chinese consulate $185x2. A+ to the Chinese consulate, total F to Travel Visa Pro. To summarize, I could give them negative stars, I would on every single level, including Customer Service, follow-through of the task that they were paid to do, basic communication and common courtesy, and an insane amount of hidden fees.
