I made it clear there was never a disclosure of the $89.00 to just come out to quote- i would have went with other companies- he insisted the office and answering staff are trained. Said he would check the recorded call and then came back to say- oh, only the calls that the answering service answer are recorded- I was provided other quotes with No service fee- and all licensed and insured-work was provided at half this (service call quote) I have email response to back this- i dont appreciate being called a liar.
