They did a good job. They were polite when asked to remove shoe they did. Very nice gentleman. Only thing is phone person gave a quote and once they were done it was double. They rectified the problem right there, but it might be good to ask the people that show to do the work because 450 is a lot different than 225 to 240. Once it was corrected it was worth it. However we were supposed to get the video and I have not received it. And pretty sure they gave me an 8am -9am window and when I called i was told the don't come in until 10am. All issues I had were with the person on the phone. People that came out were professional. I would recommend them for the work just be clear with the person in the office. read more

I had 2 of the guys out yesterday because my plumber said that they'd be able to snake my drain. They were very nice, timely and professional. I was quoted at $195-295 for drain snaking. It turns out, snaking wasn't needed and I had a clogged toilet jet. The guys had it fixed within about 5 minutes. The only reason for my 1 star review is that I find $195 very expensive for unclogging a toilet jet. read more

We had a flood in our basement this past week, with all the rain..our system backed up...first time since we moved in two years ago. Lost all the carpet, part of the drywall and our dance floor. Fortunately, it spared the furniture. State Farm was here in a flash, but that's another 5 star story for another day. Before we replace what we lost, we wanted to be sure (1) where the water came from (2) prevent it from happening again. We were fortunate that our insurance adjuster agreed that it came up through the drain and we do have coverage for that. It's a separate add on and not everyone has it, so let that be a lesson to all of you...ADD THE DRAIN COVERAGE TO YOUR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. We initially called our favorite plumber who said that our issue was beyond the scope of his practice and he referred us to Tri-County. We initially called them to come out and snake our drain but they were so busy, they couldn't accommodate us for a week. So, in our haste, we called someone else, whose name I won't mention. That was a waste of time and money. So we called these guys back and they were able to cram us in on Friday afternoon. Honestly, they are the best! They not only snaked our drain and came up with all kinds of roots, which we had no idea, had grown into our drain system, but they went out back, combed the property to see where everything was dumping out to and they discovered part of the problem with our French drain and how it was positioned. We may need to address this with a landscaper in the spring, but for now, they solved the problem. They snaked that drain as well as well and did some repositioning of the head cover for a better flow. The drain is now clean! They know what they are doing and they do it well. Many thanks to Brian and Casey for a job well done. They have a tremendous work ethic, know their business and are pleasant to work with...they have a can-do attitude and their charge for their service was an excellent value and very reasonable. They are, going forward, our annual snake guys! We might even invite them for Thanksgiving. What a godsend! Problems with your drain backing up...CALL THEM FIRST! Please allow me to start off by saying that my wife and I have been pleased with every employee that the company has sent to perform actual work at our house. They have been professional and courteous, and we've liked them. Unfortunately, however, we cannot say the same for the company's telephone receptionist Kim Brownson. In mid-December my wife called Ms. Brownson to let her know that, although we'd previously retained the company to video tape our sewer line, we never received the video. Ms. Brownson said the company did not have it and suggested that we had never paid for the service. When my wife expressed her concern, Ms. Brownson told her to "Calm down." When my wife asked to speak with the owner, Stan Mansfield, Ms. Brownson said he didn't have a phone number she could use, doesn't have voicemail, and doesn't have an email address. This prompted me to call Ms. Brownson to express my displeasure that she'd been rude to my wife, especially given the fact that my wife had recently suffered the loss of a family member. I also gave her the date of the invoice and noted that the invoice clearly stated that we had paid for the video. At first Ms. Brownson was abrupt and rude to me, but, once I explained that I was not accustomed to being treated this way, and was not about to get used to it now, she became for civil. I asked that she arrange to have employees come out and take a new video so we could give its to Aaron's Excavating. She did that, and the company did not charge us for the video since we'd already paid for it. In mid-December my wife posted a Facebook review expressing her displeasure with Ms. Brownson's unprofessional conduct. Earlier today I was stunned to see that the company's owner Stan Mansfield responded, not by expressing regret, but by inaccurately described the events and suggesting that potential customers should "please disregard the mudslinging." Expressing displeasure at poor customer service is not mudslinging. It is informing the public of poor customer service. Period. If the employees who have come to our house were all there were to this company, I could recommend them. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Kim Brownson works for the company, and the company's owner Stan Mansfield responds to expressions of displeasure by falsely attacking customers. Unacceptable. read more

Apparently massive tree root problem will require on-going maintenance, but what a joy to flush the toilets etc and actually have the water leave the house! We've had multiple companies out to snake/clear tree roots from our sewer line. It's an old house, old sewer design, etc. Other companies have done a decent job, been friendly and courteous but they usually want to sell additional services and start suggesting "longer lasting" results with much more expensive options to regular snaking. This company were as thorough as I would have been if I had the equipment and knowledge to do this for myself. Seriously, if it had been their own home, they couldn't have done more. They continually used the camera inspection to verify that the job was done as well as could be. And let me know that although there were a few issues with the sewer pipe, they were not extreme enough to warrant the expense of replacing now or in the relatively near future. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Really, this service was notable and we have lots to compare it to. And the price was more than reasonable. The price for the sewer line clean out was the same as another company that we had out a few months ago but the service was far superior. read more

I live in Royal Oak and had a 5" rock thrown into my 6" main line outside the house. These guys worked for nearly 2 hours with the scope, vacuum truck and auger to try and get this thing out. Although we couldn't get it, we managed to free up the line and the guys are confident that we can push it all the way through on their next visit. Not only that, but they gave the attitude of "we will not be defeated but his rock" which I appreciated. They were punctual and charged me $50.00 less than what they had quoted.
