The most frustrating part happened today when we went to pick up the repaired item. My mom politely asked to use the restroom and was told -- in a rude tone -- that they "don't have one." *** Buyer Beware*** I purchased a 14k gold rope chain from here for about $1800, about 3/4 days…read morelater I wanted to come in and return the chain, unworn, with the original receipt, and box. I decided to return the chain because I wasn't satisfied with the quality, or weight of the chain. On their website it says they do refund up to 30 days with receipt and unworn. When I went into the store they absolutely refused to refund the chain and told me they do not offer refunds, I brought up their policy on the website and they told me that it Dosent matter and they don't do refunds they only do exchanges. They then tried to upsell me on other chains that were $1000+ more than my original budget, when I finally decided on a the chain I wanted to exchange, it was a 10k chain, that weighed 3 grams more. They gave me the chain for the same price, about $1800. After talking with other jewelers in the area I had learned that the chain they exchanged for me was worth less than the original chain, it weighed 3 grams more in weight, but it was only 10k, meaning there was less gold in the new chain then the original. Please beware of these shady business Practices, lying about policy's, and not honoring their posted policy. Don't make the same mistake as me and pay in cash as they WILL NOT refund you under any circumstance. Use a credit card that way if they pull the same shady tactics you can reverse the charge with the bank.
