As soon as we left our meeting, we knew we wanted to use them. Just talking to April and Jared was so easy, loved their work and their personality. As soon as we got home, we booked them and cancelled our other upcoming meetings with other photographers. They were a blast to work with. They were professional, on time, and easy going. They had no problem doing anything we requested, but of course had plenty of great suggestions for us. They also had no problem getting pictures when our family or guests requested one. The only tough thing was to wait 3 months to get our pictures! It was well worth being patient though, such great photographs to give us a memory of such a wonderful day. I didn't really…read moreknow what to expect with a newborn shoot but Angie was honestly the most kind hearted/gentle human. My baby did not stop crying and was extremely fussy the entire session. She was so patient and calm the many hours we were there. I didn't get to get the shots in the cute baby clothes bc we had to bundle him into a ball to keep him calm but it all came out just as beautiful. They're beautiful memories and I highly, HIGHLY recommend her. I'm very sad to know she'll be moving out of SI but know she'll be so very successful anywhere she goes. The minute I saw Melissa's examples on her website, I knew she was the one I wanted to use. Due to my son's military schedule, we had to do some juggling to find a date and time that worked, but she was super accommodating. We wanted a "Charleston" backdrop, so we met at White Point gardens, took many photos there, as well as throughout downtown Charleston, and along the seawall at the battery.
