They were scheduled to be there for an airport drop off for our guests at 4:45am. At 4:55 I tried to call them to see if they were nearby and there was no answer. At 5am after I had already loaded my worried guests up in my car to take them to the airport-they called and said they were about 5 minutes away. 15 mins after they were supposed to already be there. I told them to cancel because we were already driving to the airport ourselves, and they said "ok" and hung up. No apology no mention of a refund- nothing. I have used towncar services in the are several times, and every time they showed up early. I understand things happen but that phone call should have came about 20 mins earlier, especially when you know someone is going to the airport. Also, an apology and a refund should have followed.
