We had to figure out airport-to-hotel transportation on our own since she was arriving at a different time from her teammates. In researching Tampa car services, I called 1st Class first since they are the only one with numerous reviews that are all 5-star. The owner, Victor, immediately put my mind at ease with the professionalism and kindness in our conversation. He took on the pick up himself even though he had an early start the next morning and my daughter's flight was delayed numerous times, arriving later than expected in the evening. Victor even walked in to great her at the airport, help her with luggage, texted us updates, and walked her into the hotel to make sure she was with her team. For me, this is just a totally unexpected level of service and care. Oh, and to top it off, he would not let me tip him additionally after the drop-off. The ride was scheduled for 9a. We were ready and waiting and when we didn't hear anything by 9:15-9:20ish, my friend who scheduled the ride tried calling to see what was up--the phone kept going straight to voicemail. So, we had another friend try from her phone and it rang and someone picked up right away. Weird... anywho, she asked him where he was and he said we were the next stop. Then, we realized we should call again to figure out when that might be as we wanted to get on the ship. Called again and he said it'd be another ~45 minutes and the cruise ship wasn't going anywhere, insinuating that we need not fret. We of course canceled the ride and ordered an Uber instead. So all in all, they were going to show up at least an hour past our scheduled time with no updates or attempts to contact us, and seemed irritated that we were concerned about our ride. The certainly lived up to the hype. I rented a Chrysler 300 stretch limousine to take a group of four of us to dinner for my husband's 60th birthday. The booking process, pricing, ​and confirmation were​ wonderful; easy and affordable with great follow up. The driver arrived just before​ the pickup time and checked in with me. Our driver Ahmed (Z) was polite and wished my husband a happy birthday. He had all of the details and locations to pick up our friends and to take us to dinner. He was patiently waiting for us when we finished dinner and was cheerful and pleasant, thanking us when he dropped us off at home. The car itself was clean, the ice, bottled water, ​and glasses were all well​ stocked.
