Trees and flowering shrubs abound. Now all are filled with noxious weeds. The raised beds are ignored and filled with weeds. Mowing the grass gets done but cleaning grass clippings off sidewalks and weed eating are often ignored. Maintenance is spotty depending on what has broken in your apartment. Burned out lightbulbs are a priority but an on demand water heater that runs out of hot water as soon as I soap up forcing me to wait until it decides that it will give hot water again so I can rinse off isn't. The office isn't staffed most days, phone calls aren't returned despite what the recording says. We are in Alaska where it snows a lot. Maintaining sidewalks is spotty and spreading salt is an option. I've been a tenant for 8 years and the place is going downhill.
