I loved the fact that they even did your lab work right there and X-rays, Mammograms and all other special radiology services could be done directly behind them at Insights. I was not paying attention to my heath until Dr. Grant, reviewed my annual lab test and was very clear with me the direction I was headed. I listened to her simple and distinct recommendations. Sixteen years later, I have quarterly appointments. My health stats immediately stabilized and she works to keep it that way. Quick to refer specialists, keeps meds updated, sends health and lab reports, reviews other physicians reports. She does not waste either of our time in the office on nonessential chats or self diagnosis arguments. The office returns calls and answers questions.

Our visit started off with a triage nurse named Dahlia who was ridiculously rude and uncouth. When it was time to take my father back to the room, she yelled "Let's Go!" in the waiting area and waved for us to follow her back as if we were dogs or tiny children. Now to Dr. Davis.....she walked in the room without a hello or introduction, and immediately complained about the noise level of the TV by saying "can you turn down the TV before you burst my ear drums!" The volume was literally at a level two out of ten! In fact, she didnt even bother to give us her name until we asked for it. She was very arrogant and completely unprofessional. When asking my father questions about his back problems, she then began to compare them to her own and told him nothing was wrong and she would prescribe him pain meds. She didnt even bother to do any additional testing to ensure that nothing more severe was wrong! This doctor had what she described as an "allergy problem" so she coughed the entire time she was there and didnt bother to cover her mouth. To add insult to injury, she passed gas very loudly on the way out of the room and didnt say excuse me! I am just completely disturbed at how horrific this experience was! Going to Plaza Medical's ER was a complete waste of time!

Her bedside manner was pathetic. She wouldn't address family members concerns about the wait, patient "care" or anything else. She is a disgrace for the medical profession. I implore you to not choose this hospital for any reason and definitely do not use the services of M McKim Davis, D.O. What was already an emergency and crisis situation, she added to it with her poor behavior!
