She brought up some of my soul misalignments which I was aware of, and connected them to some I was not aware of. I had been blocked in several areas of my life, and Lauren help to shed light on these areas. I quickly signed up for a 2 month life-coach program, which I have since renewed for an additional 3 months. Lauren is a life-coach/mentor/spiritual healer all wrapped into one. I have worked with other spiritual healers and Lauren is very different, in that she is mostly there to provide support for my soul while I do the work. She does some energy healing/clearing/chakra balancing, but only after her clients do their own work for several months. She does not "fix" her clients, she simply guides, supports and holds space. She has generated wonderful practitioner/client boundaries, and is still available whenever needed. Lauren is advanced in her practices and it did take me a month or two to get fully settled into the program, and understand her guidance. Now that I am fully comfortable, I am really enjoying the work and have experienced major shifts. Lauren combines the perfect amount of tough love and soft love, and provides a gentle kick in the pants when necessary. It is important to keep in mind you must be willing to do the work when working with Lauren.
